Pepermint milksejk sa coko komadicima (Peppermint chocolate chip milkshake)

Sastojci (za 2 porcije): 2 šolje pepermint menta sladoleda (~280 g), 180–220 ml mleka, 2 kašike crne cokolade (sitno seckane) ili čokoladnih dugmica, 2-4 kapi arome mente*, prstohvat soli.

Priprema:

1. U blender sipati mleko, pa dodati pepermint menta sladoled, aromu mente i prstohvat soli. Blendati 20–30 sekundi dok smesa ne postane potpuno kremasta i gusta.

2. Dodati crnu čokoladu ili čokoladne dugmice i kratko blendati još nekoliko sekundi da ostanu komadići čokolade.

3. Sipati u (hladnu) čašu i odmah služiti.

Napomena za aromu mente 

Najbolje dodati 2 kapi arome mente. Probati, pa po potrebi dodati još. Previše arome mente vrlo lako pretvori milksejk u ukus žvake ili paste za zube.

Saveti:

  • Za gušći milksejk koristiti 180 ml mleka.
  • Za ređu i lakšu verziju koristiti 220 ml mleka.
  • Čašu možete prethodno staviti u zamrzivač na 10 minuta da milksejk ostane hladniji i gušći.


Ingredients (for 2 servings): 2 cups of peppermint ice cream (~280 g), 180–220 ml of milk, 2 tablespoons of dark chocolate (finely chopped) or chocolate buttons, 2–4 drops of mint flavoring*, a pinch of salt.

Preparation:

1. Pour milk into a blender, then add peppermint ice cream, mint flavoring and a pinch of salt. Blend for 20-30 seconds until the mixture is completely creamy and thick.

2. Add dark chocolate or chocolate buttons (chips) and briefly blend for a few more seconds so that pieces of chocolate remain.

3. Pour into a (cold) glass and serve immediately.

Mint flavoring note

It is best to add 2 drops of mint flavoring. Try it, then add more if necessary. Too much mint flavoring can easily make a milkshake taste like chewing gum or toothpaste.

Tips:

  • For a thicker milkshake, use 180 ml of milk.
  • For a thinner and lighter version, use 220 ml of milk.
  • You can put the glass in the freezer beforehand for 10 minutes to keep the milkshake cooler and thicker.
