Rolat od keksa, oraha i kikiriki putera (Biscuit, walnut and peanut butter roll)

Sastojci: prvi sloj - 350g keksa (mlevenog), 130g secera u prahu, 20g vanilin secera, 100g oraha (mlevenih), 5 kasika putera od kikirikija plus jos ako je potrebno da se masa izjednaci tj. da bude blago vlazna i lepljiva, drugi sloj - 170g margarina, 150g secera u prahu, 100g oraha (mlevenih), 50g kokosovog brasna.

Priprema:

1. U ciniji pomesati keks, secer u prahu, vanilin secer, orahe.

2. Dodati puter od kikirikija i kokosovo brasno i mesati prvo kasikom a zatim rukom da se sjedini.

3. Na papir za pecenje staviti prvi sloj, preko drugi papir za pecenje i razviti oklagijom na debljinu od oko 0.8cm. 

4. Margarin umutiti sa secerom u prahu.

5. Dodati orahe i sve dobro sjediniti.

6. Premazati drugim slojem i uviti u valjak. 

4. Uviti u papir za pecenje i ostaviti u frizider da se ohladi.

Ingredients: first layer - 350g of biscuits (ground), 130g of powdered sugar, 20g of vanilla sugar, 100g of walnuts (ground), 5 tablespoons of peanut butter plus more if necessary to make the mass even, i.e. slightly moist and sticky, second layer - 170g margarine, 150g powdered sugar, 100g walnuts (ground), 50g coconut flakes.

Preparation:

1. Mix biscuits, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and walnuts in a bowl.

2. Add peanut butter and coconut flakes and mix first with a spoon and then with your hand to combine.

3. Put the first layer on the baking paper, put on top the second baking paper and roll out with a rolling pin to a thickness of about 0.8 cm.

4. Beat margarine with powdered sugar.

5. Add walnuts and mix everything well.

6. Spread over first layer and roll into a roller.

4. Wrap in baking paper and leave in the refrigerator to cool.
