Slatka smesa s sojinim mlekom za nepecene kolace (A sweet mixture with soy milk for unbaked cakes)

Za vegan kolace koristite vegan puter.

Sastojci: 500g gi putera ili margarina, 300g secera, 400ml sojinog mleka, 1 kg keksa (mlevenog), 300g indijskih oraha (mlevenih, sirovih), 35ml arome vanile.

Priprema:

1. U serpu staviti secer, vanila ekstrakt i sojino mleko. Povremeno mesati da se secer otopi.

2. Dodati margarin na kocke i povremeno mesati da se otopi. Skloniti sa sporeta.

3. Dodavati postepeno keks i mesati posle svakog dodavanja da se sve sjedini.

4. Podeliti na dva dela.

5. U jedan deo dodati indijske orahe i promesati da se sjedini.

For vegan cakes - cookies, use vegan butter.

Ingredients: 500g margarine, 300g sugar
400ml of soy milk, 1 kg of plain biscuits (ground)
300g of cashews (ground, raw), 35ml of vanilla flavoring.

Preparation:
1. Put sugar, vanilla extract and soy milk in a pot. Stir occasionally to dissolve the sugar.
2. Add cubed margarine and stir occasionally to melt. Remove from the stove.
3. Gradually add the plain biscuits and mix after each addition to combine everything.
4. Divide into two parts.
5. Add cashews to one part and stir to combine.
