Senf‑majonez sos za umakanje (Mustard-mayonnaise dipping sauce)

Sastojci: 50 g majoneza (običnog ili vegan majoneza ili biljnog majoneza bez soje), 2 kašičice senfa (Dijon ili blagi po ukusu), 1 kašičica meda ili javorovog sirupa (opciono, za blagu slatkoću), 1 kašičica soka od limuna ili sirćeta, prstohvat soli, prstohvat bibera.

Priprema:

1. U manjoj posudi pomešaj majonez i senf.

2. Dodaj limunov sok ili sirće i dobro sjedini.

3. Ako želiš blagu slatkoću, umešaj med ili javorov sirup.

4. Posoli i pobiberi.

5. Dobro izmešaj dok sos ne postane glatka, kremasta masa.

6. Pokrij i stavi u frižider na 30 minuta da se ukusi povežu.

Cuvanje:

- Sos se može čuvati u frižideru 2 dana u zatvorenoj posudi.

Varijacije:

- Za pikantniju verziju, dodaj prstohvat čili praha ili malo ljutog senfa.

- Za lakšu, vegansku opciju, koristi biljni majonez i javorov sirup umesto meda.

Upotreba:

- Kao sos za umakanje uz pečeni ili prženi krompir, krompir iz rerne, pomfrit ili batat.

- Kao dodatak sendvičima, burgerima i tortiljama (odlično ide uz piletinu, tunjevinu, falafel ili povrtne pljeskavice).

- Kao sos za salate od kupusa, salate od šargarepe ili salate od krompira.

- Kao preliv za kuvano ili pečeno povrće (brokoli, karfiol, tikvice, šargarepa).

- Kao hladni sos uz pohovano meso, ribu ili veganske zamene.

- Kao brzi sos za tortilja rolnice, rolnice i tople sendviče.

5. Mix well until the sauce becomes a smooth, creamy mass.

6. Cover and put in the fridge for 30 minutes to combine the flavors.

Keeping: 

- The sauce can be stored in the fridge for 2 days in a closed container.

Variations:

- For a spicier version, add a pinch of chili powder or some hot mustard.

- For a lighter, vegan option, use vegetable mayonnaise and maple syrup instead of honey.

Using:

- As a dipping sauce for baked or fried potatoes, oven potatoes, French fries or sweet potatoes - batata.

- As an addition to sandwiches, burgers and tortillas (goes great with chicken, tuna, falafel or vegetable burgers).

- As a sauce for cabbage salads, carrot salads or potato salads.

- As a topping for boiled or roasted vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, carrots).

- As a cold sauce with fried meat, fish or vegan substitutes.

- As a quick sauce for tortilla rolls, rolls and hot sandwiches.
