Kackavalj: gauda, Edamer i mladi trapist.
1. Sir + šunka
150 g kačkavalja (narendanog)
100 g šunke (u trakicama)
malo suvog origana
2. Spanać + feta
150 g blanširanog spanaća (dobro isceđenog)
100 g feta sira
3. Paprika + luk + kačkavalj
1 crvena paprika iseckana i kratko propržena
1 mali crni luk
80 g kačkavalja (gauda, Edamer, trapist)
Nemojte mocarelu, previše zrele i masne kačkavalje, dimljene sireve
4. Pečurke + mocarela
200 g šampinjona iseckanih i proprženih
1 kuglica mocarele, iseckana
Mocarela u bloku: “mocarela za picu“, „low moisture“ „pizza mozzarella“ su neki od naziva.
Nemojte: kugla u salamuri, sveža mocarela, bivolja (bizon) mocarela.
5. Jaja + zeleni začini
2 kuvana jaja naseckana
list peršun ili mirođije
50 g kačkavalja (gauda, Edamer, mladi trapist) ili 1 puna kašika krem sira
Nemojte fetu ili slane bele sireve, mocarelu, tvrde, zrele sireve (parmezan, pekorino)
6. Pikant punjenje (meksički stil)
100 g kukuruza
80 g crvenog pasulja (oprano i oceđeno)
1 mala halapenjo paprika
80 g narendanog kackavalja - gauda, cedar sir (blagi ili srednje zreo, Edamer) ili 50 g gaude + 30 g cedar sira.
Sir narendati krupnije i dodati 1 kašiku prezli ili mlevenog lana preko nadeva da upije višak vlage.
Nemojte: mocarela u kugli, feta i slani beli sirevi, dimljeni sirevi.
7. Brokoli + sir
120 g skuvanog brokolija u sitnim komadima
100 g krem sira ili kačkavalja (gauda, Edamer, mladi trapist) ili u kackavalj dodaj 1 kašiku krem sira.
8. Ajvar + sir
3–4 kašike ajvara
100 g kačkavalja (gauda, Edamer, mladi trapist) ili 70 g gaude + 30 g cedar sira.
9. Pečurke + pavlaka + beli luk
200 g proprženih pečuraka
2 kašike pavlake za kuvanje ili neutralne biljne pavlake bez dodatog secera ili punomasna kisela pavlaka
1 čen belog luka
Pavlaku dodati tek kad se pečurke (malo) ohlade.
10. Dimljena slanina + luk + sir
70 g dimljene slanine u trakicama
1 mali crni luk
80–100 g sira (gauda, Edamer, mladi trapist) ili 60 g gaude + 30 g cedar sira
Slaninu kratko proprži da pusti masnoću. Luk proprži na istoj masnoći, pa ohladi nadev pre slaganja. Sir narendaj krupno i dodaj poslednji
Yellow cheese: Gouda cheese, Edamer cheese, young (mild) trappist.
1. Cheese + ham
150 g of yellow cheese (grated)
100 g of ham (in strips)
a little dry oregano
2. Spinach + feta
150 g of blanched spinach (well drained)
100 g of feta cheese
3. Pepper + onion + yellow cheese
1 red pepper, chopped and briefly fried
1 small onion
80 g of yellow cheese (Gouda, Edamer, Trappist)
Avoid mozzarella, overripe and fatty cheeses, smoked cheeses
4. Mushrooms + mozzarella
200 g of mushrooms, chopped and fried
1 ball of mozzarella, chopped
Mozzarella in a block: "mozzarella for pizza", "low moisture", "pizza mozzarella" are some of the names.
Don't use: balls in brine, fresh mozzarella, buffalo mozzarella.
5. Eggs + green spices
2 boiled eggs chopped
a leaf of parsley or dill
50 g of cheese (gouda, Edamer, young Trappist) or 1 tablespoon of cream cheese
Do not use feta or salty white cheeses, mozzarella, hard, mature cheeses (parmesan, pecorino)
6. Spicy filling (Mexican style)
100 g of corn
80 g of red beans (washed and drained)
1 small jalapeño pepper
80 g of grated cheese - gouda, cheddar cheese (mild or medium-ripened, Edamer) or 50 g of gouda + 30 g of cheddar cheese.
Grate the cheese coarsely and add 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs or ground flax over the filling to absorb excess moisture.
Do not use: mozzarella in a ball, feta and salty white cheeses, smoked cheeses.
7. Broccoli + yellow cheese or cream cheese
120 g of cooked broccoli in small pieces
100 g of cream cheese or cheese (gouda, Edamer, young Trappist) or add 1 tablespoon of cream cheese to the yellow cheese.
8. Ajvar + yellow cheese
3-4 tablespoons of ajvar
100 g of yellow cheese (gouda, Edamer, young Trappist) or 70 g of gouda + 30 g of cheddar cheese.
9. Mushrooms + sour cream + garlic
200 g of fried mushrooms
2 tablespoons of cooking cream or neutral plant cream without added sugar or full-fat sour cream
1 clove of garlic
Add the sour cream only when the mushrooms have cooled (slightly).
10. Smoked bacon + onion + yellow cheese
70 g of smoked bacon in strips
1 small onion
80–100 g of clyellow cheese (gouda, Edamer, young Trappist) or 60 g of gouda + 30 g of cheddar cheese
Fry the bacon briefly to release the fat. Fry the onion in the same fat, then cool the filling before stacking. Grate the yellow cheese coarsely and add it last
