Neutralna biljna pavlaka bez dodatog šećera (Neutral plant cream without added sugar)

Sastojci (≈ 250 ml): 80 g sirovog indijskog oraha, 200 ml vode, 1 kašika soka od limuna, ¼ kašičice soli.

Priprema:

1. Indijski orah potopi u toplu vodu minimum 3 sata ili preko noci.

2. Ocedi, stavi u blender sa 200 ml sveže vode.

3. Dodaj limunov sok i so.

4. Blendaj 30–60 sekundi dok ne dobiješ potpuno glatku, kremastu teksturu.

5. Po potrebi dodaj 1–2 kašike vode ako želiš ređu pavlaku.

Ingredients (≈ 250 ml): 80 g of raw cashews, 200 ml of water, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, ¼ teaspoon of salt.

Preparation:

1. Soak the cashew in warm water for at least 3 hours or overnight.

2. Drain, put in a blender with 200 ml of fresh water.

3. Add lemon juice and salt.

4. Blend for 30-60 seconds until you get a completely smooth, creamy texture.

5. If necessary, add 1-2 tablespoons of water if you want a thinner cream.
