Sastojci (≈ 250 ml): 80 g sirovog indijskog oraha, 200 ml vode, 1 kašika soka od limuna, ¼ kašičice soli.
Priprema:
1. Indijski orah potopi u toplu vodu minimum 3 sata ili preko noci.
2. Ocedi, stavi u blender sa 200 ml sveže vode.
3. Dodaj limunov sok i so.
4. Blendaj 30–60 sekundi dok ne dobiješ potpuno glatku, kremastu teksturu.
5. Po potrebi dodaj 1–2 kašike vode ako želiš ređu pavlaku.

5. If necessary, add 1-2 tablespoons of water if you want a thinner cream.
