Corba od paradajza i prosa (Tomato and millet chowder)

Sastojci: sos od paradajza, 50g oljustenog prosa, 130ml vode,  1-2 cena belog luka, 2 kasike ulja.

Priprema:

1) Pripremiti sos od paradajza. Beli luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati.
2) U cediljku staviti proso i isprati vodom.
3) U serpu staviti proso, dodati vodu i na srednjoj temperaturi (3 ili 4) krckati oko 10 minuta, tj. dok voda ne ispari. Skloniti sa sporeta, poklopiti i ostaviti 10 minuta. 
4. U serpu staviti ulje i zagrejati. Dodati beli luk i proprziti 1 minut stalno mesajuci. Dodati sos od paradajza i proso. Promesati i kuvati oko 5 minuta.

Ingredients: tomato sauce, 50g hulled millet, 130ml water, 1-2 cloves garlic, 2 tablespoons oil.

Preparation:

1) Prepare the tomato sauce. Peel garlic and finely chop.
2) In the strainer put millet and rinse with water.
3) In pot, put millet, add water and over medium temperatures (3 or 4) simmer for about 10 minutes, ie. until the water evaporates. Remove from the stove, cover and leave for 10 minutes.

4. In pot put oil and heat up. Add garlic and fry for 1 minute constantly stirring. Add tomato sauce and millet. Stir and cook for about 5 minutes.
