Tofu ili tuna sa boranijom (Tofu or tuna with green beans)

Rucak

Sastojci: 125g kinoe, 120g boranije, 180g tune (ocedjene od ulja) ili 250g tofu sira (cvrstog) + 1 kasika paradajz paste + 1 kasika vode + 1/2 kasike gustina + 1/2 kasicice zutog secera + 1/4 kasicice belog luka u prahu, prstohvat soli, za sos - 1 kasicica jabukovog sirceta + 1 kasicica meda + 1 kasika grckog jogurta + 1/2 kasicice senfa.

Priprema:

1) Skuvati kinou. Tofu iseci na kocke (velicine zalogaja).

2) U ciniji pomesati sve zacine osim tofua. Promesati. Dodati tofu i promesati.

3) U pleh staviti papir za pecenje. Staviti tofu. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 220C oko 40 do 50 minuta.

4) U serpu staviti boraniju i preliti sa vodom 2 cm. Poklopiti i kad prokljuca smanjiti na srednju temperaturu (4) i kuvati 1 sat i 30 minuta. Ocediti.

5) U plasticnu ciniju staviti kinou, pored boraniju, a na kraj tofu ili tunu.

6) U manju kutijicu pomesati sastojke za sos. Dodati manju kutijicu u vecu.

7) Kada se ohladi cuvati u frizideru do 4 dana, ali samo ako ste pripremili tofu. Ako ste pripremali sa tunom pojedite istog dana ili ako ste spremili vecu kolicinu tunu dodajte pred sam obrok.

Lunch

Ingredients: 125g quinoa, 120g green beans, 180g tuna (oil drained) or 250g tofu cheese (hard) + 1 tablespoon tomato paste + 1 tablespoon water + 1/2 tablespoon starch+ 1/2 teaspoon yellow sugar + 1/4 teaspoon white onion powder, a pinch of salt, for the sauce - 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar + 1 teaspoon of honey + 1 tablespoon of greek yogurt + 1/2 teaspoon of mustard.

Preparation:

1) Cook the quinoa. Cut the tofu into cubes (bite size).

2) In a bowl, mix all spices except tofu. Stir. Add tofu and stir.

3) Put baking paper in the baking tray. Put tofu. Bake in a preheated oven at 220C for about 40 to 50 minutes.

4) Put green beans in a pot and pour 2 cm of water over. Cover and when it boils, reduce to medium temperature (4) and cook for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Drain.

5) Put the quinoa in a plastic bowl, next to the green beans, and finally tofu or tuna.

6) In a small box, mix the sauce ingredients. Add a smaller box to a larger one.

7) When cool, store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, but only if you have prepared tofu. If you prepared with tuna, eat on the same day or if you have prepared a larger amount, add tuna it before the meal.
