Vocni sladoled sa zelatinom (Fruit ice cream with gelatin)

Sastojci: 1 kg voca, 150-250g secera u prahu (zavisno koliko je voce kiselo), 10g zelatina + 100ml hladne vode, 40g slaga + 100ml hladne vode.

Priprema:

1) Voce staviti u blender i sa secerom usitniti.

2) Umutiti slag. Pomesati voce i slag. Promesati.

3) Zelatin rastopiti sa vodom i blago zagrejati da se otopi.

4) Dodati zelatin u masu sa vocem i mutiti mikserom.

5) Sipati u posude i staviti u zamrzivac.

Ingredients: 1 kg of fruit, 150-250g of powdered sugar (depending on how acidic the fruit is), 10g of gelatin + 100ml of cold water, 40g of whipped cream (powder) + 100ml of cold water.

Preparation:

1) Put the fruits in a blender and blend with sugar.

2) Whisk the whipped cream. Mix in the fruit and stir.

3) Dissolve the gelatin with water and warm slightly to dissolve.

4) Add the gelatin to the mixture with the fruit and mix with the mixer.

5) Pour into containers and place in freezer.
