Sastojci: 6 krompira, 1 glavica kelja, 3 cena belog luka, 1 glavica crnog luka, 100g kackavalja (rendanog), 2 kasike senfa, 150ml supe od kocke, 30g margarina, 2 kasike ulja uljane repice.
Priprema:
1) Krompir oljustiti i iseci na kocke. Kelj oprati i iseci na kocke. Beli i crni luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati.
2) U serpu staviti krompir, preliti vodom i kuvati dok ne omeksa. Ocediti. Izgnjeciti viljuskom. Pomesati krompir, margarin, senf. Dobro sjediniti.
3) U serpu staviti ulje da se zagreje i na srednju temperaturu prziti crni luk 5 minuta. Dodati beli luk i prziti dok ne pusti miris. Dodati supu i kad prokljuca dodati kelj i kuvati dok ne omeksa oko 5 minuta.
4) U pleh staviti pola mase krompira. Preko staviti kelj i preko krompir. Posuti kackavaljem. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C 45 minuta.
Mozete napraviti i Musaku od kelja.
Ingredients: 6 potatoes, 1 head of kale, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 head of onion, 100g yellow cheese (grated), 2 tablespoons of mustard, 150ml of bouillon cube, 30g of margarine, 2 tablespoons of rapeseed oil.
Preparation:
1) Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Wash the kale and cut into cubes. Peel the garlic and onion and chop finely.
2) Place the potatoes in a saucepan, cover with water and cook until tender. Drain. Mash with a fork. Mix the potatoes, margarine, mustard. Mix well.
3) Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onion over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add the garlic and fry until fragrant. Add the soup and when it boils, add the kale and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
4) Put half the mass of potatoes in the pan. Place kale on top and potatoes on top. Sprinkle with yellow cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 45 minutes.
You can also make Moussaka from kale.
