Nepeceni sitni kolaci (No baking small cakes and bars)

Oblande s vocnim kremom i kremom od cokolade

Sastojci: 1 pakovanje velikih oblandi, vocni krem sa gustinom, krem od pudinga i cokolade, cokoladni krem s keksom i orasastim plodovima.

Priprema:

1. Spremiti vocni krem. Ostaviti da se ohladi.

2. Napraviti krem od pudinga i cokolade. Ostaviti da se ohladi.

3. Napraviti cokoladni krem. Ostaviti da se ohladi.

4. Oblande podeliti na pola duzini.

5. Na jedan list oblande namazati vocni fil. Staviti drugi list oblande pa namazati krem od pudinga i cokolade. Ponoviti postupak dok se ne potrosi jedna polovina oblandi.

6. Drugu polovinu oblandi premazivati s cokoladni kremom s keksom i orasastim plodovima. 

7. Pokriti papirom za pecenje i poredjati par teskih knjiga odozgo.

Cokoladne kikiriki kocke

Sastojci: cokoladni krem s keksom i kikirikijem, malo ulja, 200g cokolade, 5 do 6 kasika ulja.

Priprema:

1. Spremiti cokoladni krem s keksom i kikirikijem.

2. Pleh namazati uljem. Sipati smesu i poravnati kasikom ili spatulom.

3. Otopiti cokoladu sa uljem.

4, Preliti preko smese i ostaviti da se stegne.

Lesnik napolitanke

Sastojci: 1 pakovanje velikih oblandi, kakao fil sa keksom i lesnicima.

Priprema:

1. Pripremite kakao fil sa keksom i i lesnicima.

2. Na jedan list oblande namazati kakao fil. Staviti drugi list oblande pa namazati kakao fil. Ponoviti postupak dok ne potrosite oblande i fil.

Osnovna smesa za slatke nepecene kocke

Sastojci: 1 L vode, 550g secera, 50g vanilin secera, 200g meda, 1.8 kg keksa (mlevenog), 800g margarina.

Priprema:

1. U serpu staviti vodu, secer, vanilin secer i med i mesati povremeno dok se ne otopi.

2. Dodati margarin i mesati povremeno dok se ne otopi. Skloniti s sporeta.

3. Dodati keks postepeno mesajuci posle svakog dodavanja. Ostaviti da se ohladi.

Osnovnu smesu za slatke nepecene kocke podeliti na 8 delova

1. Sastojci: 370g orasastih plodova (mlevenih), 2g cimeta (u prahu), 2g karanfilica (u prahu), prstohvat djumbira (u prahu).

2. Sastojci: 170g bele cokolade, 140g kokosovog brasna, 3g pimenta (u prahu).

3. Sastojci: 170g cokolade, 170g kikirikija (na krupno iseckan), 170g keksa (mlevenog).

4. Sastojci: 50g eurokrema, 170g lesnika (mlevenih), 50g keksa (mlevenog), 2g cimeta (u prahu), 2g karanfilica (u prahu).

5. Sastojci: 85g cokolade, 170g suvog grozdja, 25ml ekstrakta ruma, 85g keksa (mlevenog).

6. Sastojci: 85g cokolade, 15g neskafe, 20ml vrele vode, 170g badema (mlevenih), 10g vanila burbon ili 2 kasicice arome vanile, 40g keksa (mlevenog), 2g kardamona (u prahu), 2g cimeta (u prahu).

7. Sastojci: 170g ratluka, 80g secera u prahu, 40g eurokrema, 120g keksa (mlevenog).

8. Sastojci: 50g putera od kikirikija, 170g kikirikija (na krupno iseckan), 50g keksa (mlevenog), 4g zacina sa ukusom pite od bundeve.

9. Sastojci: 50g dzema, 170g indijskih oraha (na krupno iseckan), 50g keksa (mlevenog).

10. Sastojci: 50g eurokrema, 170g pistaca (mlevenih), 50g keksa (mlevenog), 2g kardamona (u prahu), 2g karanfilica (u prahu).

11. Sastojci: 65ml soka od pomorandze, 20ml soka od limuna, rendana kora od pomorandze i rendana kora od limuna, 220g keksa (mlevenog).

Priprema:

1. Pomesati osnovnu smesu sa svim sastojcima.

2. Na papir za pecenje staviti smesu. Prekriti drugim papirom za pecenje i razvuci oklagijom na debljinu oko 1 cm.

Kocke pod brojem 1 uvaljati u otopljenju belu cokoladu. Na 100g bele cokolade staviti 2 do 3 kasike ulja. Zatim uvaljati u mlevene orasaste plodove.

Kokos kocke pod brojem 2 uvaljati u otopljenju belu cokoladu. Na 100g bele cokolade staviti 2 do 3 kasike ulja. Zatim uvaljati u kokosovo brasno.

Kocke pod brojem 3 uvaljati u otopljenju belu cokoladu. Na 100g bele cokolade staviti 2 do 3 kasike ulja. Zatim uvaljati u mleveni kikiriki.

Kocke pod brojem 4, 5 i 6 uvaljati u otopljenju cokoladu. Na 100g cokolade staviti 2 do 3 kasike ulja. Zatim uvaljati u mleveni kikiriki.

Kocke pod brojem 7 ukrasiti topljenim eurokremom.

Kocke pod brojem 8 ukrasiti topljenim kikiriki puterom.

Kocke pod brojem 9 uvaljati u otopljenju cokoladu. Na 100g cokolade staviti 2 do 3 kasike ulja. Zatim odozgo staviti malo dzema.

Kocke pod brojem 10 uvaljati u otopljenji eurokrem ili nutelu. Zatim odozgo staviti po jedan pistac.

Kocke pod brojem 11 uvaljati u otopljenju belu cokoladu. Na 100g cokolade staviti 2 do 3 kasike ulja. Zatim na svaku staviti po pola badema.

Wafers with fruit cream and chocolate cream

Ingredients: 1 pack of large wafers, fruit cream with cornstarch, pudding and chocolate cream, chocolate cream with biscuits and nuts.

Preparation:

1. Prepare the fruit cream. Leave to cool.

2. Make the pudding and chocolate cream. Leave to cool.

3. Make chocolate cream. Leave to cool.

4. Divide the wafers in half lengthwise.

5. Spread the fruit filling on one sheet of wafer. Put the second sheet of wafer and spread the pudding and chocolate cream. Repeat the process until one half of the wafer is used.

6. Cover the other half of the wafer with chocolate cream with biscuits and nuts.

7. Cover with baking paper and arrange a few heavy books on top.

Chocolate peanut cubes

Preparation:

2. Ingredients: 170g white chocolate, 140g coconut flakes, 3g allspice (powder).

3. Ingredients: 170g of chocolate, 170g of peanuts (coarsely chopped), 170g of plain biscuits (ground).

4. Ingredients: 50g eurocream or nutella, 170g hazelnuts (ground), 50g plain biscuit (ground), 2g cinnamon (powdered), 2g cloves (powdered).

5. Ingredients: 85g of chocolate, 170g of raisins, 25ml of rum extract, 85g of plain biscuits (ground).

6. Ingredients: 85g of chocolate, 15g of nescafe or some other instant coffee, 20ml of hot water, 170g of almonds (ground), 10g of vanilla bourbon or 2 teaspoons of vanilla flavor, 40g of biscuits (ground), 2g of cardamom (powdered), 2g of cinnamon (powdered).

7. Ingredients: 170g of Turkish delight, 80g of powdered sugar, 40g of eurocream or nutella, 120g of plain biscuits (ground).

8. Ingredients: 50g of peanut butter, 170g of peanuts (coarsely chopped), 50g of plain biscuits (ground), 4g of pumpkin pie flavoring.

9. Ingredients: 50g jam, 170g cashews (coarsely chopped), 50g plain biscuits (ground).

10. Ingredients: 50g eurocream or nutella, 170g pistachios (ground), 50g plain biscuits (ground), 2g cardamom (powdered), 2g cloves (powdered).

11. Ingredients: 65 ml of orange juice, 20 ml of lemon juice, grated orange peel and grated lemon peel, 220g of plain biscuits (ground).

Preparation:
1. Mix the basic mixture with all the ingredients.
2. Put the mixture on the baking paper. Cover with another baking paper and roll out with a rolling pin to a thickness of about 1 cm.
3. Leave in the refrigerator to cool.

Roll the cubes under number 1 in melted white chocolate. Put 2 to 3 tablespoons of oil on 100g of white chocolate. Then roll in ground nuts.

Roll the coconut cubes under number 2 in the melted white chocolate. Put 2 to 3 tablespoons of oil on 100g of white chocolate. Then roll in coconut flakes.

Roll the cubes under number 3 in the melted white chocolate. Put 2 to 3 spoons of oil on 100g of white chocolate. Then roll in ground peanuts.

Roll cubes numbered 4, 5 and 6 in melted chocolate. Put 2 to 3 tablespoons of oil on 100g of chocolate. Then roll in ground peanuts.

Decorate the cubes under number 7 with melted eurocream or nutela.

Decorate the cubes numbered 8 with melted peanut butter.

Roll the cubes under number 9 in melted chocolate. Put 2 to 3 tablespoons of oil on 100g of chocolate. Then put some jam on top.

Roll the cubes under number 10 in melted eurocream or nutella. Then put one pistachio on top.

Roll the cubes under number 11 in melted white chocolate. Put 2 to 3 tablespoons of oil on 100g of chocolate. Then put half an almond on each one.
