Cokoladni krem s keksom i orasastim plodovima (Chocolate cream with biscuits and nuts)

Sastojci: 500ml vode, 250g šećera, 20g vanilin secera, 150g margarina, 150g cokolade, 3 kasike rogaca (mlevenog ili u prahu), 370g mlevenog keksa, 180g orasastih plodova (bademi, lesnici, orasi, indijski orasi, jedna vrsta ili kombinovano), narendana kora od jednog limuna, sok pola limuna i sok od dve mandarine.

Priprema:

1. U serpu staviti vodu i secer i kuvati dok se ne otopi.

2. Dodati margarin isecen na kocke i mesati da se otopi.

3. Dodati cokoladu na kocke i rogac i mesati da se otopi.

4. Dodati keks, orasaste plodove, koru od limuna, sok od limuna i sok od mandarina. Kuvati 2 do 3 minuta mesajuci da se sjedini.

Ingredients: 500ml of water, 250g of sugar, 20g of vanilla sugar, 150g of margarine, 150g of chocolate, 3 tablespoons of carob (ground or powdered), 370g of ground biscuits, 180g of nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, one type or a combination), grated peel of one lemon, juice of half a lemon and juice of two tangerines.

Preparation:

1. Put water and sugar in a saucepan and cook until it dissolves.

2. Add margarine cut into cubes and stir until it melts.

3. Add cubed chocolate and carob and stir to melt.

4. Add biscuits, nuts, lemon peel, lemon juice and tangerine juice. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring to combine.
