Sastojci: 750ml vode, 65g gustina, 500g šećera, ½ kašičice limuntusa, 1 kasicica vanila ekstrakta, boja za kolace, još secera.
Priprema:
1. Pomesati 250ml vode, gustin i šećer da nema grudvica.
2. U serpu sipati 500ml vode i limuntus. Dodati mesavinu secera i gustina i mesajuci kuvati na srednjoj temperaturi (4) dok ne postane belicasto. Kuvati 45 minuta. Smesa ce da zapeni i pobeli.
3. Kuvati jos 30 minuta.
4. Skloniti sa sporeta i dodati vanila ekstrakt.
5. Podeliti na 3 dela. Brzo dodati boje po zelji i odmah promesati.
6. Papir za pecenje namazati blago uljem. Staviti prvu smesu i razvaljati u pravougaonik izmedju dva papira za pecenje. Tako uradite i sa druge dve smese.
7. Ostaviti da se ohladi.
8. Nauljiti noz i seci kocke.
9. Svaku kocku uvaljati u šećer.
Ingredients: 750ml of water, 65g of cornstarch, 500g of sugar, ½ teaspoon of citric acid, cake colouring, more sugar.
Preparation:
1. Mix 250ml of water, cornstarch and sugar so that there are no lumps.
2. Pour 500ml of water in a pot and add citric acid. Add the mixture of sugar and cornstarch and cook the mixture at medium temperature (4) until it turns whitish. Cook for 45 minutes. The mixture will foam and turn white.
3. Cook for another 30 minutes.
4. Remove from the stove and add vanilla extract.
5. Quickly divide into 3 parts. Add colours as desired and mix immediately.
6. Grease the baking paper lightly with oil. Put the first mixture and roll it into a rectangle between two sheets of baking paper. Do the same with the other two mixtures.
7. Leave to cool.
8. Oil the knife and cut into cubes.
9. Roll each cube in sugar.
