Korpice od slanine s jajima i pecurkama (Bacon baskets with eggs and mushrooms)

Sastojci: 16 kom. slanine, 8 jaja, 8 kasika feta sira ili belog sira (izgnjecenog), 5 do 6 pecurki, 2 kasike margarina ili putera, so i biber po ukusu, besamel sos.


Priprema:

0. Pecurke oprati i iseci na listice. Sir izgnjeciti viljuskom. Pripremiti besamel sos.

1. Zagrejati margarin ili puter u tiganju na srednjoj vatri (4). Kada puter počne da dobija mehurice, dodati pečurke i przite 4 do 5 minuta, dok pečurke ne postanu tamno zlatno smeđe po ivicama. Ako se tiganj osuši, dodajte još malo putera. Ostaviti da se malo ohladi pa sitno iseckati.


2. Slaninu malo propržiti u tiganju oko 30 sekundi sa obe strane. 

3. U pleh za projice staviti po 2 parceta slanine (jedno na dno a jedno okolo ivica). 

4. Pomesati pecurke i sir. 

5. Masu rasporediti u svih 8 korpica od slanine.

6. Preko sira i pečuraka razbiti po jedno jaje. Malo posoliti i pobiberiti.

7. Rernu zagrejati na 220 C i peci oko 15-20 minuta.

8. Posluziti uz salatu po izboru.


Ingredients: 16 pcs. bacon, 8 eggs, 8 tablespoons of feta cheese or white cheese (crushed), 5 to 6 mushrooms, 2 spoons of margarine or butter, salt and pepper to taste, bechamel sauce.


Preparation:

0. Wash the mushrooms and cut them into leaves. Mash the cheese with a fork. Prepare the bechamel sauce.

1. Heat margarine or butter in a frying pan over medium heat (4). When the butter begins to bubble, add the mushrooms and fry for 4 to 5 minutes, until the mushrooms are dark golden brown around the edges. If the pan gets dry, add a little more butter. Let it cool a bit then finely chop.

2. Fry the bacon in a pan for about 30 seconds on both sides.

3. Put 2 pieces of bacon in the baking tray (one on the bottom and one around the edges).

4. Mix mushrooms and cheese.

5. Distribute the mass in all 8 bacon baskets.

6. Break an egg over the cheese and mushrooms. Add a little salt and pepper.

7. Heat the oven to 220 C and bake for about 15-20 minutes.

8. Serve with a salad of your choice.
