Maslenica osnovni recept (Milky dough with yeast and baking powder)

Sastojci: 1 kg brašna, 180ml jogurta, 2 jaja, 125ml ulja, 350-400ml mleka, 10g suvog kvasca, 8g praška za pecivo, 3g soli, za premazivanje - 1 jaje + 2 kasike mleka, za posipanje - semenke.


Priprema:

1. Pomesati brasno, kvasac, prasak za pecivo i so. Promesati.

2. Dodati jogurt, mleko, ulje i jaja i umutiti mikserom. 3. Testo pokriti kuhinjskom krpom i ostaviti u frižider na 30 minuta.


3. Testo podelite na više delova i razvaljajte ih u obliku kruga, debljine približno 1 cm. Prečnik kruga treba da je oko 20 cm.

4. Maslenice namazati umucenim jajetom pomesanim sa mlekom. Posuti semenkama.

5. Maslenice staviti u pleh oblozen papirom za pecenje ili namazati margarinom i posuti sa malo brasna i peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni  na 200 C 15 minuta.

Ingredients: 1 kg of flour, 180ml of yoghurt, 2 eggs, 125ml of oil, 350-400ml of milk, 10g of dry yeast, 8g of baking powder, 3g of salt, for coating - 1 egg + 2 tablespoons of milk, for sprinkling - seeds.


Preparation:

1. Mix flour, yeast, baking powder and salt. Stir.

2. Add yoghurt, milk, oil and eggs and beat with a mixer. 3. Cover the dough with a kitchen towel and leave it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

3. Divide the dough into several parts and roll them into a circle, approximately 1 cm thick. The diameter of the circle should be about 20 cm.

4. Grease the milky dough with beaten egg mixed with milk. Sprinkle with seeds.

5. Place the milky dough in a tray lined with baking paper or spread with margarine and sprinkle with a little flour and bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for 15 minutes.
