Sastojci: 300g kuvanog pirinča 250g šunke, 250g kiselih krastavcica, 250 g majoneza, 250ml kisele pavlake, 3 kuvana jaja (oljustena), 2 kasike svezeg vlasca ili 1 kasika svezeg origana ili 1 kasika svezeg timijana (sitno seckan).
Priprema:
1. Šunku i kisele krastavcice isecite na kockice. Belanca iseci na kockice a zumanca izgnjeciti viljuskom.
2. Pomesati pirinac, sunku i kisele krastavcice.
3. Dodati belanca i zumanca, majonez, kiselu pavlaku i vlasac i sve dobro sjediniti.
4. Ostaviti u frizider da se ohladi.
5. Mozete ukrasiti kolutovima kiselih krastavcica.
Ingredients: 300g of cooked rice, 250g of ham, 250g of pickles, 250g of mayonnaise, 250ml of sour cream, 3 boiled eggs (shelled), 2 spoons of fresh chives or 1 spoon of fresh oregano or 1 spoon of fresh thyme (finely chopped).
Preparation:
1. Cut the ham and pickles into cubes. Cut the egg white into cubes and mash the egg yolks with a fork.
2. Mix rice, ham and pickles.
3. Add egg whites and yolks, mayonnaise, sour cream and chives and mix everything well.
4. Leave in the refrigerator to cool.
5. You can decorate with rings of pickles.
