Sastojci: 130g putera od lešnika, 250g kondenzovanog mleka (zasladjenog), 1 kašika ektrakta vanile, ⅓ kasicice karanfilica (u prahu), 100g bele čokolade.
Priprema:
1. Lešnik staviti u pleh oblozen papirom za pecenje i peci na 150 C od 10 do 15 minuta na dok ne pusti miris i ne dobije zlatnu boju.
2. Ostaviti da se malo ohladi pa oljuštiti opnu.
3. U blenderu samleti lesnikr u gladak puter.
4. Dodati
kondenzovano mleko, vanila ekstrakt i karanfilic pa izblendirajte.
5. Na pari otopiti belu čokoladu i dodati u blender i blendirati da se sve sjedini.
6. Staviti u teglu i cuvati u frižideru.

Preparation:

2. Let it cool a little and peel off the membrane.
3. Grind hazelnuts into smooth butter in a blender. 4. Add condensed milk, vanilla extract and cloves and blend.
5. Melt the white chocolate over steam and add to the blender and blend until everything is combined.
6. Put in a jar and store in the fridge.
