4. Prebacite mleko u teglu ili flašu sa zatvaracem i stavite u frižider.
5. Dobro protresite pre pijenja.
6. Držite u frižideru do 4 dana.

Ingredients: 115 g almonds (raw, soaked overnight in cool water), 1200 ml water (store bought, less to thicken, more to thin), pinch salt, for sweetened - 2 dates (pitted) or 2 tsp honey or 2 tsp monk fruit sugar (optional), for vanilla milk - 1 tsp vanilla extract, for chocolate milk - 10 g cocoa powder.
Preparation:
1. Soak almonds overnight. Drain.
2. Add almonds, water, salt, and any additional add-ins to a high-speed blender and blend until creamy and smooth. Keep it running for at least 1-2 minutes so you get the most out of your almonds.
3. Strain using a nut milk bag or a thin dish kitchen towel. Simply lay a clean dish towel over a mixing bowl, pour over the almond milk, carefully gather the corners, and lift up. Then twist and squeeze until all of the liquid is extracted.
Save pulp for adding to baked goods.
4. Transfer milk to a jar or covered bottle and refrigerate.
5. Shake well before drinking.
6. Keep in the fridge for up to 4 days.
