Sastojci: 500 g pileceg mesa, 3 paprike babure (zelena, crvena, zuta ili narandzasta), 500 g paradajza, 1 ½ glavica crnog luka, ½ kasice belog luka u prahu, 1 kasicica persuna (suvog), ulje da pokrije dno serpe.
Priprema:
1. Crni luk i papriku ocistiti. Papriku iseci na kockice. Crni luk iseci na trakice. Paradajz oljustiti pa iseci na kockice. Pilece meso iseci na kocke.
2. U serpi na zagrejanom ulju prziti crni luk na srednjoj temperaturi (4) dok ne promeni boju, oko 15 minuta, povremeno mesajuci, na pocetku, a kasnije cesce.
2. Dodati pilece meso i prziti dok meso ne bude gotovo, oko 20 minuta.
3. Dodati papriku i prziti oko 15 minuta.
4. Dodati paradajz i prziti jos 15 minuta.
5. Dodati beli luk i persun, promesati i kuvati jos 5 minuta.
Ingredients: 500 g of chicken meat, 3 bell peppers (green, red, yellow or orange), 500 g of tomatoes, 1 ½ heads of onion, ½ teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of parsley (dry), oil to cover the bottom of the pot.
Preparation:
1. Clean the onions and peppers. Cut the peppers into cubes. Cut the onion into strips. Peel the tomatoes and cut them into cubes. Cut the chicken into cubes.
2. Fry the onion in heated oil in a pot at a medium temperature (4) until it changes color, about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, at the beginning, and more often later.
2. Add the chicken meat and fry until the meat is done, about 20 minutes.
3. Add bell peppers and fry for about 15 minutes.
4. Add tomatoes and fry for another 15 minutes.
5. Add garlic and parsley, stir and cook for another 5 minutes.
