Sastojci: 550-600 g brašna, 250 ml mlakog mleka, 10 g suvog kvasca, 60 g kiselog mleka, 3 kašike ulja, 1 kašičica šećera, ½ kašičice soli, 2 jaja, 1 kašika sirćeta, 150 g putera ili margarina, za premazivanje - zumance, susam.
Priprema:
0. Pomesati 550 g brasna i so. Ostatak 50 g brasna koristite da premesite testo.
1. Razmutite kvasac u mleku, dodajte šećer i ostavite da nadođe, 15 minuta.
2. U ciniji pomesati jaja i kvasac, ulje, sirće, kiselo mleko i brašno. Umesite testo.
3. Pokriti cistom kuhinskom krpom i ostavite da nadođe 45 minuta.
4. Premesite testo i podelite ga na pet jednakih lopti. Ostavite da odstoje 10 minuta.
5. Kalup prečnika 26 cm, premazati sa malo ulja. Preko stavite papir za pecenje.
6. Svaku loptu razvucite na veličinu dna pleha.
7. Svaki krug premazati puterom ili margarinom pa redjati jedan krug na drugi.
8. Sve zajedno rebacite na dno kalupa za pečenje.
9. Na sredinu testa srednjom casom utisnuti krug.
10. Nozem seci od kruga ka ivicama tepsije, pa do dna tepsije, na 8 delova. Prvo isecite na cetiri dela (kao strane sveta), a zatim svaki deo na pola. Nozem iseci krug do dna tepsije.
11. Premazati umucenim zumancetom. Posuti susamom.
12. Ostaviti da stoji 15 minuta.
13. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C 40 - 45 minuta.

6. Roll out each ball to the size of the bottom of the pan.
7. Coat each circle with butter or margarine and arrange one circle on top of the other.
8. Put everything together on the bottom of the baking pan.
9. Stamp a circle in the middle of the dough with a middle size glass.
10. With a knife, cut from the circle to the edges of the pan, then to the bottom of the pan, into 8 parts. First cut into four parts (like the sides of the world), then cut each part in half. With a knife, cut a circle to the bottom of the pan.
11. Cover with beaten egg yolk. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
12. Let it stand for 15 minutes.
13. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 40 - 45 minutes.
