Frape od kefira, bobicastog voca i nane (Kefir smoothie from berries and mint)

Sastojci: 240 ml 1 običnog kefira sa niskim sadržajem masti, 240 g zamrznutog mešanog bobičastog voća, ¼ banane (oljustene), 1 ½ kašike sveže mente, 1 kašika meda (po želji).

Priprema:

1. U blenderu pomešajte kefir, bobičasto voće, pomorandžu, mentu i med. Usitninte dok ne postane glatko. 

2. Frape se moze čuvati u frižideru do 1 dan.

Možete zamrznuti do 3 meseca.

Pogodno za dijabetičare, bez orašastih plodova, sa niskim sadržajem masti, bez soje, sa visokim sadržajem vlakana, bez jaja, bez glutena.


Ingredients: 240 ml 1 low-fat plain kefir, 240 g frozen mixed berries, ¼ banana (peeled), 1 ½ tablespoons fresh mint, 1 tablespoon honey (optional).

Preparation:

1. Combine kefir, berries, orange, mint and honey in a blender. Process until smooth. 2. The smoothies will keep in the refrigerator for up to 1 day.

You can freeze it for up to 3 months.

Diabetes-friendly, nut-free, low-fat, soy-free, high-fiber, egg-free, gluten-free.
