Sastojci: 500g bobicastog voca (jagode, maline, kupine, borovnice), 200 + 100 ml vode, 3 kasike secera + 3 kašike, 40g pudinga (u prahu) sa ukusom jagode ako koristite jagode, puding od malina ako koristite maline, puding od vanile ako koristite kupine ili borovnice, 430 ml slatke pavlake,
Priprema:
1. Voce sitno iseckati.
2. Staviti voce u šerpu, sipati 200 ml vode, dodati šećer I staviti na prokljuca. Kuvati jedan minut.
3. Skloniti sa sporeta i ispasirati.
4. Razmutiti puding sa šećerom i 100 ml vode i promesati da nema grudvica.
5. Dodati vocu i mešati dok se ne zgusne.
6. Skloniti sa sporeta.
7. Ostaviti da se malo ohladi.
8. Staviti providna foliju pa ostaviti da se potpuno ohladi.
9. Dodati slatku pavlaku i umutiti i sjediniti.
Mozete koristiti za filovanje biskvita i rolat kora, za dezerte u casi, za palacinke, filovati keks torte ili kolace.

3. Remove from heat and mash.
4. Mix the pudding with sugar and 100 ml of water and stir until there are no lumps.
5. Add to the fruit and mix until it thickens.
6. Remove from the stove.
7. Let it cool a little.
8. Put transparent foil and leave to cool completely.
9. Add heavy cream and mix well.
You can use it to fill biscuit doughs and roll crusts, for desserts in a cup, for pancakes - crepes, to fill biscuit cakes or plain cakes.
