Sastojci: 1 glavica belog luka, sok od dva limuna, 2 kašike maslinovog ulja, 1 kašika tahinija, 1 kašičica soja sosa ili zamene za soja sos, 1 kašićica balzamiko sirćeta, 1 kašičica crnog luka u prahu.
Priprema:
1. Ispeci beli luk.
2. Pomesati beli luk, sok od limuna, maslinovo ulje, tahini, soja sos ili zamenu za soja sos, balzamiko sirće.
