Kolac od griza i bundeve (Semolina and pumpkin cake)

Sastojci: 450 g puter tikve (narendane na krupno), 100 g šećera, 20 g vanilin šećer, 2 jaja, 150 ml mleka, 100 ml ulja, 200 g jogurta, 10 g praška za pecivo, 300 g griza, 100 g oštrog brašna, ½ kasicice cimeta.

Priprema:

0. Pomešajte griz, cimet, prašak za pecivo i brašno.

1. U vanglu stavite jaja, vanilin šećer i šećer. Mutite mikserom na srednje jakoj brzini oko 2 minuta dok ne postane kremasto.

2. Dodati ulje, mleko i jogurt. Dobro promešajte kasikom.

3. Dodajte bundevu i promešajte.

4. Postepeno dodavati mesavinu suvih sastojaka u smesu s mokrim sastojcima, mešajući dok se sve ne sjedini.

5. Pleh za biskvit premažite margarinom i sipati smesu.

6. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C oko 45 minuta.

7. Izvaditi iz rerne i ostavite kolač da se potpuno ohladi.

Preparation:

0. Mix semolina, baking powder, cinnamon and flour.

1. Put the eggs, vanilla sugar and sugar in the bowl. Beat with a mixer on medium-high speed for about 2 minutes until creamy.

2. Add oil, milk and buttermilk. Mix well with a spoon.

3. Add the pumpkin and mix.

4. Gradually add the mixture of dry ingredients to the mixture of wet ingredients, mixing until everything is combined.

5. Coat the biscuit tin with margarine and pour the mixture.

6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for about 45 minutes.

7. Remove from the oven and leave the cake to cool completely.
