Sastojci: 400 g speltinog belog brašna, 10 g suvog kvasca, ½ kašičice soli, 1 kašika meda ili 1 ½ kašičice šećera, 2 kašike maslinovog ulja, 330 ml mlake vode, 2 kasike svezeg ruzmarina (sitno seckanog).
Priprema:
1. U vanglu staviti brašno, dodati suvi kvasac, i so i promešati.
2. Dodati med, ulje i toplu vodu. Kašikom dobro promešati.
2b. Dodati ruzmarin i promesati.
3. Prekriti providnom folijom i kuhinjskom krpom i ostaviti na sobnoj temperaturi 4 sata.
4. Zatim testo izvaditi na dobro pobrašnjeni sto.
5. Preklopiti testo sa svih strana formirajući loptasti oblik.
6. Prebaciti testo u dublju šerpu sa poklopcem, posuti ga sa brašnom, malo ga zaseći po površini i poklopiti.
7. Ostaviti da spelta hleb raste još 2 sata.
8. Staviti u hladnu rernu i uključiti na 200 C.
9. Kad se rerna ugreje peci 40 minuta.
10. Skloniti poklopac i nastaviti pečenje sve dok hleb ne porumeni.
11. Hleb umotati u kuhinjsku krpu i ostaviti ga da se ohladi.
Ingredients: 400 g of spelt white flour, 10 g of dry yeast, ½ teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of honey or 1 ½ teaspoon of sugar, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 330 ml of lukewarm water, 2 tablespoons of fresh rosemary (finely chopped).
Preparation:
1. Put the flour in a bowl, add dry yeast, and salt and mix.
2. Add honey, oil and warm water. Mix well with a spoon.
2b. Add rosemary and stir.
3. Cover with transparent foil and kitchen towel and leave at room temperature for 4 hours.
4. Then take out the dough on a well-floured table.
5. Fold the dough from all sides forming a ball shape.
6. Transfer the dough to a deep pot with a lid, sprinkle it with flour, make small cuts on the surface and cover it.
7. Let the spelt bread rise for another 2 hours.
8. Place in a cold oven and turn on at 200 C.
9. When the oven is heated, bake for 40 minutes.
10. Remove the lid and continue baking until the bread is golden brown.
11. Wrap the bread in a kitchen towel and leave it to cool.
