Pica testo od tikvica sa brasnom (Zucchini pizza dough with flour)

Sastojci: 1 tikvica, ½ kasicice soli, 50 g tvrdog kackavalja (rendanog) parmesan ili neki, 1 jaje, prstohvat bibera, 50 g brašna.

Sastojci:

1. Tikvicu, oljustiti i narendati na krupno. 

2. Posolite, promešajte i pustite da stoji 15 minuta.

3. Tikvicu uzimajte u sake i izmedju dva dlana dobro stisnute da ocedite od vode. 

4. Pomesati s jajetom, tvrdim sirom, biberom i brašnom.

5. Pokvasite ruke vodom. Utisnite smesu na papir za pečenje u oblik kruga. Rasporedite smesu tako da bude otprilike pola centimetra debelo.

6. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 230 C 10 minuta. 

7. Izvaditi okrenuti i peci još 5 minuta s druge strane.

8. Izvaditi picu. Temperaturu smanjite na 200 C.

9. Po pici rasporedite sos za picu od paradajza. Dodati sta zelite, pica nadev - kackavalj, sunka ili neki drugi delikates.

10. Vratite u rernu i peci jos 8 do 10 minuta.

Za vegan verziju upotrebite veganski kackavalj ili veganski parmezan sir.

Ingredients: 1 zucchini, ½ teaspoon of salt, 50 g of hard cheese (grated) Parmesan or another, 1 egg, a pinch of pepper, 50 g of flour.

Ingredients:

1. Peel zucchini and grate coarsely.

2. Add salt, mix and let it stand for 15 minutes.

3. Take the zucchini in your hands and squeeze well between two palms to drain the water.

4. Mix with egg, hard cheese, pepper and flour.

5. Wet your hands with water. Press the mixture onto the baking paper in the shape of a circle. Spread the mixture so that it is about half a centimeter thick.

6. Bake in a preheated oven at 230 C for 10 minutes.

7. Take it out, turn it over and bake another 5 minutes on the other side.

8. Take out the pizza. Reduce the temperature to 200 C.

9. Spread the pizza sauce from tomato, on the pizza. Add whatever you want, pizza filling - yellow cheese, ham or some other delicacy - deli meat.

10. Return to the oven and bake for another 8 to 10 minutes.

For vegan version you can use vegan parmesan cheese or vegan yellow cheese.
