Salata od sremusa (Wild garlic salad)

Sastojci: 400 g listova sremuša, 300 g kiselog mleka, 2 kašike kačkavalja (rendanog), 60 ml maslinovog ulja, malo jabukovog sirćeta, veza listova peršuna, 1 do 2 kasike sveze mirodjije (sitno seckane), so.

Priprema:

1. Sremuš očistite, operite i isecite na komade ili rezanca. Iseckati listove persuna.

2. Posolite. 

3. Pomesati sremus, peršun i mirođiju. 4. Kiselo mleko izmešajte s uljem i jabukovim sirćetom, pa prelijte preko salate. 

5. Pre serviranja pospite kačkavaljem.


Ingredients: 400 g of wild garlic leaves, 300 g of yogurt sour milk, 2 tablespoons of yellow cheese (grated), 60 ml of olive oil, a little apple cider vinegar, bunch of parsley leaves, 1 to 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley (finely chopped), 1 to 2 tablespoons of fresh dill (finely chopped), salt.

Preparation:

1. Clean, wash and cut the sremuš into pieces or strips. Cut the parsley leaves.

2. Add salt.

3. Mix sour milk, parsley and dill.

4. Mix sour milk with oil and apple cider vinegar, then pour over the salad.

5. Before serving, sprinkle with cheese.
