Sok od šargarepe i dinje i meda (Carrot and melon juice and honey)

Porcija: 1 čaša (≈ 450 ml)

Sastojci: 150 g šargarepe (oljuštene, seckane), 200 g dinje (bez kore i semenki), 100 ml hladne vode, 1 kašičica meda (≈ 7 g) ili agava sirupa.

Priprema:

1. Šargarepu iseckaj na tanke kolutove. Dinju iseci na kocke.

2. Stavi sve sastojke u blender. Blendaj 1 minut dok sok ne postane gladak.
