Klasicni nacos (Classic nachos)

Sta su nacosi?

Sirni sos za nacose 

Sastojci: 150 g kukuruznog tortilja čipsa, 120 g rendanog cedar sira ili gauda sira, 100 g mlevene govedine ili mlevene piletine, 50 g kuvanog crnog pasulja (ili pinto), 50 g salse od paradajza (piko de galo) ili salsa roha meksicki crveni sos, 1 kašika maslinovog ulja, ¼ kašičice soli, ¼ kašičice aleve paprike.

Priprema:

1. U tiganju zagrejati maslinovo ulje na srednjoj temperaturi (4).

2. Dodati mlevenu govedinu ili piletinu, pa pržiti 6–8 minuta uz mešanje dok meso ne porumeni i potpuno se isprži.

3. Tri minuta pred kraj posoliti i začiniti mlevenom paprikom.

4. Dodati kuvani crni ili pinto pasulj, kratko promešati i zagrevati još 1–2 minuta, zatim skloniti sa vatre.

5. Rernu zagrejati na 200 °C (392 F).

6. Na pleh obložen papirom za pečenje rasporediti kukuruzni tortilja čips u jednom sloju.

7. Preko čipsa ravnomerno rasporediti meso sa pasuljem, zatim dodati salsu od paradajza (piko de galo ili salsa roha).

8. Posuti rendanim cedar sirom ili gauda sirom tako da prekrije sve sastojke.

9. Peći 8–10 minuta, dok se sir potpuno ne istopi i blago zapeče.

10. Izvaditi iz rerne i služiti odmah.

11. Servirati uz dodatak kisele pavlake ili grčkog jogurta ili gvakamolea ili salse od paradajza piko de galo ili salsa roha meksicki crveni sos.

What are nachos?

Cheese dip for nachos 

Ingredients: 150 g of corn tortilla chips, 120 g of grated cheddar cheese or gouda cheese, 100 g of ground beef or ground chicken, 50 g of cooked black beans (or pinto), 50 g of tomato salsa pico de gallo or salsa roja Mexican red sauce, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, ¼ teaspoon of salt, ¼ teaspoon of sweet paprika  powder.

Preparation:

1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan at a medium temperature (4).

2. Add ground beef or chicken and fry for 6-8 minutes, stirring, until the meat is golden brown and completely fried.

3. Three minutes before the end, add salt and season with paprika powder.

4. Add cooked black or pinto beans, stir briefly and heat for another 1-2 minutes, then remove from heat.

5. Heat the oven to 200 °C (392 F).

6. Spread corn tortilla chips in one layer on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

7. Spread the meat and beans evenly over the chips, then add the tomato salsa (pico de gallo or salsa roja).

8. Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese or gouda cheese so that it covers all the ingredients.

9. Bake for 8–10 minutes, until the cheese is completely melted and lightly browned.

10. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.

11. Serve with sour cream or Greek yogurt or guacamole or pico de gallo tomato salsa or salsa roja Mexican red sauce.
