Ovo je verzija koja daje najširu upotrebu — meso, povrće, pirinac, marinade.
Sastojci: 3 kašike mlevenog crnog bibera, 3 kašike mlevenog kumina, 2 kašike mlevenog semena korijandera, 1 kašika mlevenog cimeta, 1 kašičica mlevenog kardamoma, 1 kašičica mlevenog muskatnog oraščića, ½ kašičice mlevenog karanfilića.
Priprema:
1. Sve začine stavite u manju činiju i dobro promešajte dok ne dobijete homogenu smesu.
Cuvanje
Cuvajte u hermetički zatvorenoj tegli na suvom i tamnom mestu do upotrebe.
Rok trajanja
Rok trajanja ovog libanskog miks začina zavisi od roka trajanja svakog pojedinačnog začina u smesi. Generalno, pravilno čuvana mešavina traje oko 6–12 meseci, ako je u hermetički zatvorenoj tegli, na suvom, tamnom i hladnijem mestu. Posle toga aroma slabi.

Use of the Lebanese mix of 7 spices
