Simple Greek yogurt and berry ice bars that freeze and break into pieces. Light, refreshing and ideal as a protein-packed treat from the freezer, especially inspired by the colors of Independence Day.

Freezing time: 4 h 35 minutes (maybe longer).
Total preparation time: at least 4 hours 35 minutes.
Ingredients (12 bars): 500 g of Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons of honey (40 g), 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 150 g of strawberries, 100 g of blueberries.
Preparation:
1. Wash the strawberries, dry them and cut them into smaller pieces. Wash and dry the blueberries.
2. Line a baking sheet or plastic container approximately 20 x 30 cm (8 x 12 inches) in size with baking paper.
3. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, honey and vanilla extract until the mixture becomes smooth.
4. Spread the mixture in a tray or plastic container in an even layer about 1 cm thick.
5. Arrange strawberries in several rows on top, and blueberries in one corner to resemble the American flag. Gently press them into the yogurt.
6. Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until completely set.
7. Remove from the freezer, leave for 3 to 5 minutes at room temperature.
8. Cut on 12 bars.
Storage and shelf life
- Store the yogurt bars in the freezer in a closed container for up to 2 months.
- Serve them immediately after taking them out of the freezer to keep the best texture.
Jednostavne ledene pločice od grčkog jogurta i bobičastog voća koje se zamrzavaju i lome na komade. Lagane, osvežavajuće i idealne kao proteinska poslastica iz zamrzivača, posebno inspirisana bojama za Dan Nezavisnosti.

Sastojci (12 pločica): 500 g grckog jogurta, 2 kašike meda (40 g), 1 kašičica vanila ekstrakta, 150 g jagoda, 100 g borovnica.
Priprema:
1. Jagode operi, osuši i iseckaj na manje komade. Borovnice operi i osuši.
2. Pleh ili plastičnu posudu veličine približno 20 × 30 cm obloži papirom za pečenje.
3. U činiji pomešaj grčki jogurt, med i ekstrakt vanile dok smesa ne postane glatka.
4. Rasporedi smesu u pleh ili plasticnu posudu u ravnomernom sloju debljine oko 1 cm.
5. Po vrhu rasporedi jagode u nekoliko redova, a borovnice u jednom uglu kako bi podsećale na američku zastavu. Lagano ih utisni u jogurt.
6. Stavi u zamrzivač na najmanje 4 sata, ili dok se potpuno ne stegne.
7. Izvadi iz zamrzivača, ostavi 3 do 5 minuta na sobnoj temperaturi.
8. Izlomi na 12 pločica.
Čuvanje i rok trajanja
- Pločice čuvaj u zamrzivaču u zatvorenoj posudi do 2 meseca.
- Posluži ih odmah nakon vađenja iz zamrzivača kako bi zadržale najbolju teksturu.
