Integralne zemicke (Integral bread rolls)


Sastojci: 200g integralnog psenicnog brasna, 200g jecmenog brasna, 200 g razenog brasna, 300-350ml mlake vode, 130g biljne masti ili margarina (omeksan), 20g kvasca (svezeg) ili 10g suvog, 1 kasicica soli, 1 kasicica secera, susam.

Priprema:
1) Kvasac potopiti u solji mlake vode, dodati kasiku brasna i secer. Ostaviti 15 minuta da nadodje na toplom mestu.
2) Pomesati sve vrste brasna, dodati so, narasli kvasac, mast i zamesiti sa vodom. Ostaviti da naraste 30 minuta na toplom mestu. 

3) Ostaviti na toplom da naraste jos 30 minuta.
4) Naraslo testo premesti, formirati zemicke, poredjati u nauljen pleh, ostaviti da narastu jos 30 minuta. Zaseci nozem na 2 do 3 mesta, premazati mesavinom ulja i vode, posuti susamom i peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200 stepeni oko 20-30 minuta.

Predlog: mozete ih posluziti sa hamburgerom od povrca.

Ingredients: 200g integral flour, 200g barley flour, 200 g rye flour, 300-350ml lukewarm water, 130g vegetable fats or margarine (softened), 20g yeast (fresh) ili 10g dried, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon sugar, sesame.

Preparation:
1) Soak yeast in a cup of lukewarm water, add a tablespoon of flour and sugar. Leave it for 15 minutes to rise in warm place.
2) Combine all types of flour, add salt, risen yeast,  vegetable fat and knead with water. Allow to rise for 30 minutes.
3) Leave to rise for another 30 minutes.
4) Knead again risen dough, form bread rolls, place on the oiled baking sheet, let it grow for another 30 minutes. Cut with knife into 2 or 3 places, coat with mix of oil and water mixture, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees about 20-30 minutes.

Suggestion: you can serve it with vegetable hamburger.




There is no final image because of my oven; I call it - call 911, fire department please, my bread is burned to the black :) and that happened only for 15 minutes on 75C.
