Integralne makarone sa povrcem i piletinom (Integral macaroni with vegetables and chicken)

Sastojci: 300g belog mesa, 200g integralnih makarona, 300g graska, 1 mlad luk, 150g majoneza (light), tri kasike soka od paradajza, prstohvat djumbira u prahu, 60g badema (pecenih).

Priprema:
1) Belo meso isprati hladnom vodom i iseci na kocke. Mladi luk ocistiti i iseci na kocke. Bademe iseci na listice.
2) U serpicu staviti belo meso preliti vodom i pustiti da prokljuca. Smanjiti na srednju temperaturu (4) i kuvati 20 minuta. Procediti.

3) Grasak sipati u serpicu, preliti vodom i kuvati 20 minuta. Procediti.
4) Makarine obariti u vodi. Isprati hladnom vodom i ocediti.
5) Pomesati majonez, sok od paradajza i djumbir.
6) U ciniji pomesati belo meso, grasak, mladi luk, makarone i sos. Ostaviti preko noci u frizderu.
7) Pre posluzivanja posuti bademima.


Ingredients: 300g chicken breast (boneless, without skin), 200g wholemeal macaroni, 300g peas, 1 green onion, 150g mayonnaise (light), three tablespoons of tomato juice, a pinch of ginger powder, 60g almonds (roasted).

Preparation:
1) Wash the chicken with cold water and cut it into cubes. Peel a onion and cut it into cubes. Cut almonds into slices.
2) Put chicken in a saucepan, pour water over it and let it boil. Reduce to medium heat (4) and cook for 20 minutes. Drain.
3) Pour the peas into a saucepan, pour over the water and cook for 20 minutes. Drain.
4) Boil the macaroni in water. Rinse with cold water and drain.
5) Mix mayonnaise, tomato juice and ginger.
6) In a bowl, mix chicken, peas, onions, macaroni and sauce. Leave in the fridge overnight.
7) Sprinkle with almonds before serving.
