Sastojci: 540g brasna, 170g putera ili margarina, 250-350ml jogurta, 2 jaja, 100 secera, 10g praska za pecivo, 1 kasika grckog jogurta, 1 kasika mleka, 4g sode bikarbone, prstohvat soli.
Priprema:
1) U ciniji pomesati brasno, secer, prasak za pecivo, sodu bikarbonu i so. Promesati.
2) Dodati margarin i rukom ugnjeciti.
3) Penasto umutiti jaja. Dodati 250ml jogurta.
4) Dodati mesavinu jaja postepeno u mesavinu od brasna mesajuci.
Smesa treba da bude vlazna ali ne mokra.Kratko promesati. Ako je. potrebno dodati jos jogurta (do 100ml).
5) Na povrsinu posuti brasno i premesiti testo 4 do 5 puta, ali ne vise da pogacice ne bi bile tvrde. Razviti testo oklagijom oko 1cm debljine i casom vaditi pogacice. Na posluzavnik staviti papir za pecenje, poredjati pogacice i staviti u frizider 1 do 2 sata.
6) U pleh oblozen papirom za pecenje ili namazan margarinom i blago posut brasnom poredjati pogacice.
7) Pomesati grcki jogurt i mleko. Premazati pogacice. Peci prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200 C oko 20 minuta.
8) Mozete cuvati testo preko noci u frizideru. Mozete da zamrznete testo do 20 dana. Kada pecete zamrznuto testo (prethodno odmrznuto) pecite duze par minuta.
Predlog: mozete posluziti uz Domacu nutelu ili Domaci puter od kikirikija.

1) In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir.
2) Add the butter or margarine and knead by hand.
3) Beat the eggs until foamy. Add 250 ml yogurt.
4) Add the egg mixture gradually to the flour mixture, stirring.
The mixture should be moist but not wet. Stir briefly. If necessary, add more yogurt (up to 100 ml).
5) Sprinkle flour on the surface and knead the dough 4 to 5 times, but not more than that the scones would not be hard. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin to a thickness of about 1 cm and use a cookie cutter to take out scones. Put baking paper on a tray, line up the scones and put them in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.
6) Arrange scones in a baking tray lined with baking paper or greased with margarine and lightly dusted with flour.
7) Mix Greek yogurt and milk. Spread the scones. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for about 20 minutes.
8) You can store the dough overnight in the refrigerator. You can freeze the dough for up to 20 days. When baking frozen dough (previously thawed), bake for a few minutes longer.
Suggestion: you can serve it with Homemade Nutella or Homemade peanut butter.
