Domaci namazi i pastete (Homemade spreads and pates)

Gi puter sa senfom

Sastojci: 150g gi putera, 1 kasika senfa, 1 kasika vlasca (sitno seckanog).

Penasto umititi margarin. Dodati senf i vlasac i promesati.

Predlog: mozete napraviti Zacinjen margarin 1 ili Zacinjen margarin 2.

Pileca pasteta

Sastojci: 500g pileleceg belog mesa, 3 cena belog luka (sitno seckanog)), 5 zelenih maslina (bez kostica), 3 kasike lista persuna (sitno seckanog), 1 kasika svezeg ruzmarina ili 1 kasicica suvog, 1 kasika senfa, sok od 1/3 limuna, malo maslinovog ulja.


Pilece meso obariti u vodi oko 20 do 30 minuta. Ocediti. U blender staviti pilece meso i ostale sastojke i 120ml vode i blendirajte dok ne postane glatko.

Pasteta od patlidzana





Sastojci: 1 patlidzan, 180g krem sira, 2 kasike kisele pavlake, 2 cena belog luka, 2 kasike lista persuna (sitno sekcnog).

Pripremiti patlidzan (ako pecete u rerni). Stapnim miskerom usitniti patlidzan. Dodati krem sir, kiselu pavlaku i beli luk. Dobro sjediniti.

Predlog: mozete napraviti Sirijski krem od plavog patlidzana ili Pire od plavog patlidzana i paradajza.

Pasteta od povrca

Sastojci: 1 krompir, 1 veca sargarepa ili 2 manje, 1/2 korena paskanata ili persuna, 80g mleven kikirikija (blansiranog), 1 kasika senfa, 2 cena belog luka.

Povrce oljustiti i iseci na kocke. Obariti. Ocediti i ispasirati. Dodati sitno seckan beli luk, kikiriki i senf. Promesati.

Pasteta od patlidzana i paprika

Sastojci: 1 patlid\an, 3 paprike babure (zelena, zuta, crvena), 2 cena belog luka, 2 kasike jabukovog sirćeta, 2 kasike maslinovog ulja.

Patlidzan pripremiti ako pecete u rerni, ali dodati i oprane paprike. Oljustiti paprike i ukloniti semenke. Oljustiti patlidzan. U blender sve ispasirati. Dodati sitno seckan beli luk, maslinovo ulje i jabukovo sirce.

Pasteta od lososa i tune

Sastojci: 180g tune, 170g lososa, 1 jaje (tvrdo obareno), 4 kisela krastavcica (ako su kornisoni stavite vise), 1 kasicica senfa, 2 kasike majoneza, 2 kasike kisele pavlake.

U blender staviti losos, tunu, jaje, kisele krastavcice, senf, majonez i keslu pavlaku.

Pasteta od tune sa maslinama

Sastojci: 360g tunjevine, 10 maslina (bez kostica), 2 cena belog luka, 80ml maslinovog ulja, 2 kasike krem sira, 1 kasika svezeg vlasca.

U blender stavite sve sastojke.

Pasteta od maslina

Sastojci: 250g maslina (bez kostica), 50g svezeg lista persuna, 3 cena belog luka.

U blender stavite sve sastojke.

Pileca pasteta 2

Sastojci: 300g pileceg belog mesa, 2 kasike feta sira, 2 kasike majoneza, 2 kasike pavlake, 2 kasike susama.

Belo meso skuvati. Ocediti. U blender staviti belo meso, fetu, kiselu pavlaku, majonez i 1 kasiku susama. Usitniti. Dodati kasiku susama i promesati.

Pasteta od pileceg belog mesa i kikirikija

Sastojci: 100 grama pileceg belog mesa, 100g mlevenog kikirikija, 200g kisele pavlake, 1 kasicica svezeg soka od limuna.

Belo meso skuvati i ocediti. Sve sastojke sraviti u blender.

Pasteta od tikvica i tahinija

Sastojci: 2 tikvice, 2 cena belog luka, 2 kasike tahinija.

Oljustiti i skuvati tikvice. Iseci na kocke. U blender staviti tikvice, beli luk i tahini.

Pasteta od kikirikija sa povrcem

Sastojci: 200g kikirikija, 2 krompira, 3 sargarepe, 1 kasika senfa.

Krompir i sargarepe oljustiti i skuvati. Staviti u blender krompir, kikiriki, sargarepu i senf.

Gi butter with mustard

Ingredients: 150g butter, 1 tablespoon mustard, 1 tablespoon chives (finely chopped).

Beat the margarine until foamy. Add mustard and chives and stir.

Suggestion: you can make Seasoned margarine 1 or Seasoned margarine 2.

Chicken pate

Ingredients: 500g of chicken white meat, 3 cloves of garlic (finely chopped), 5 green olives (pitted), 3 tablespoons of parsley (finely chopped), 1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon of dry, 1 tablespoon of mustard, juice of 1/3 of a lemon, a little olive oil.

Boil the chicken meat in water for about 20 to 30 minutes. Drain. Put chicken meat and other ingredients and 120ml of water in a blender and blend until smooth.

Eggplant pate

Ingredients: 1 eggplant, 180g of cream cheese, 2 spoons of sour cream, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons of parsley leaves (finely chopped).

Prepare the eggplant (if baking in the oven). Mash the eggplant with a stick blender. Add cream cheese, sour cream and garlic. Combine well.

Suggestion: you can make Syrian eggplant cream or puree from eggplants and tomato puree.

Vegetable pate

Ingredients: 1 potato, 1 large carrot or 2 smaller ones, 1/2 a root of parsnip, 80g of ground peanuts (blanched), 1 tablespoon of mustard, 2 cloves of garlic.


Peel the vegetables and cut them into cubes. Cook them. Potatoes are done in 20 minutes and carrots and parsnips in 10. Drain and mash. Add finely chopped garlic, peanuts and mustard. Stir.

Eggplant and paprika pate

Ingredients: 1 eggplant, 3 bell peppers (green, yellow, red), 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Prepare the eggplant if you bake it in the oven, but also add the washed peppers. Peel the peppers and remove the seeds. Peel the eggplant. Puree everything in a blender. Add finely chopped garlic, olive oil and apple cider vinegar.

Salmon and tuna pate

Ingredients: 180g tuna, 170g salmon, 1 egg (hard-boiled), 4 pickles (if gherkins add more), 1 tablespoon mustard, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons sour cream.

Put salmon, tuna, egg, pickles, mustard, mayonnaise and sour cream in a blender.

Tuna pate with olives

Ingredients: 360g of tuna, 10 olives (pitted), 2 cloves of garlic, 80ml of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of cream cheese, 1 tablespoon of fresh chives.

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Olive pate

Ingredients: 250g of olives (pitted), 50g of fresh parsley leaves, 3 cloves of garlic.

Put all the ingredients in a blender.

Chicken pate 2


Ingredients: 300g of chicken white meat, 2 tablespoons of feta cheese, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of sour cream, 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds.

Cook the white meat for 15 to 30 minutes (if you are using chicken breasts, dice cook for 15 minutes. If you are using legs and thighs then cook for 30 min. Drain. Put white meat, feta, sour cream, mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds in a blender. Chop up. Add a spoonful of sesame seeds and stir.

Chicken white meat and peanuts pate

Ingredients: 100 grams of chicken white meat, 100g of ground peanuts, 200g of sour cream, 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice.


Cook the white meat and drain. Put all the ingredients in a blender.


Zucchini and tahini pate

Ingredients: 2 zucchini, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons of tahini.


Peel, cut into slices and boil the zucchini for 10 min. Put zucchini, garlic and tahini in a blender.


Peanut pate with vegetables


Ingredients: 200g of peanuts, 2 potatoes, 3 carrots, 1 tablespoon of mustard.


Peel potatoes and carrots and cook. Put potatoes, carrots, peanuts and mustard in a blender.
