Filovi za slane rolate (Fillings for salty roll crusts)

Svaki rolat se posle filovanja urola uz pomoc papira za pecenje (samo spolja). Ostavi se u frizider da se ohladi i stegne; zatim se sece.

Za premaz rolata ako ne stoji u receptu mozete premazati samo kiselom pavlakom ili mesavinom kisele pavlake i krem sira ili sira ili majoneza zavìsno sta je u receptu. A mozete i dodati i kackavalj ako je u filu, ili susam iako ga nema u receptu.

Sa sunkom, sirom i susamom

Sastojci: 300g feta sira​, 100ml kisele pavlake, 200g šunke (rendane), 2 kasike susama.

Priprema:

1. Pomesati sve sastojke.

Sa paprikom, fetom i kiselim krastavcicima

Sastojci: 200g feta sira, 150ml kisele pavlake, 3-4 kisela krastavcica (sitno iseckana) 1 pecena paprika (oljustena i ociscena od semenkì), sitno iseckana.

Priprema:

1. Pomesati sve sastojke.

Sa krem sirom, jajima i sunkom

Sastojci: 200g krem sira, 2 jaja, 2 kašike kisele pavlake

150g šunke, listovi persuna (sitno seckani.

Priprema:


1. Jaja tvrdo skuvati. Ostaviti da se ohlade.

2. Oljustiti jaja. Iseci belanca na kockice a zumanca izgnjeciti viljuskom.

3. Sunku iseci na kockice.

4. Pomesati sastojke.

Sa sunkom i feta sirom

Sastojci: 300g feta sira​, 100ml kisele pavlake, 200g sunke (rendane na krupno).

Priprema:

1. Pomesati sve sastojke.

Sa kiselom pavlakom, sunkom i kackavaljem

Sastojci: 250g kisele pavlake, 3 kasike krem sira, 200g sunke (rendane), 150g kackavalja (rendanog), 2 kasike susama.

Priprema:

1. Pomesati sve sastojke.

Sa sitnim sirom, kiselom pavlakom, jajima i kiselim krastavcicima

Sastojci: 600g sitnog sira, ili belog sira (izgnjeciti viljuskom), 400g kisele pavlake od 20% mlečne masti, prstohvat soli, 2 jaja (tvrdo kuvana, oljustena), 3 kisela krastavčića, listovi: sunke ili pecenice ili mortadele ili suvog vrata, za premaz - kisela pavlaka, susam.

Priprema:

1. Belanca iseckati na kockice a zumanca izgnjeciti viljuskom. Kisele krastavcice iseci na kockice.

2. Pomesati sitan sir sa kiselom pavlakom i dobro sjediniti.

3. Podeliti na dva dela.

4. U jedan deo dodati so, jaja i kisele krastavcice i sve dobro sjediniti.

5. Filovati rolate. 

6. Na jedan rolat namazati prvi fil a na drugi sa jajima i krastavcicima.

7. Preko fila staviti listove sunke ili pecenice ili mortadele ili suvog vrata i urolati.

8. Premazati kiselom pavlakom i posuti susamom.

Ova smesa je dovoljna za filovanje 2 rolata.

Sa povrcem

Sastojci: 250g sitnog sira ili svapskog sira, 180g kukuruza šećerca (skuvanog ili iz konzerve), 150g graska (skuvanog ili iz konzerve), 1 crvena sveža paprika.

Priprema:

1. Pomesati sve sastojke.

Sa majonezom, kiselom pavlakom, sunkom i kackavaljem

Sastojci: 350g kisele pavlake, 180g majoneza, 200g sunke (rendane), 200g kackavalja (rendanog).

Priprema:

1. Pomesati sve sastojke.

Sa ajvarom i kiselom pavlakom

Sastojci: za fil - 250g ajvara

300 g kisele pavlake 20 % mlecne masti, za premaz - 200g kisele pavlake 20%, ajvar, 2 do 3 kasike ajvara.

Priprema:

1. Pomesati sve sastojke za fil.

2. Pomesati kiselu pavlaku i ajvar i premazati zavijen rolat.

Sa spanacem, sunkom i kiselom pavlakom

Sastojci: 300g kisele pavlake, 150g spanaća (obarenog), 150g šunke, za premaz - 200g kisele pavlake 20% mm, 100g kackavalja, malo seckane sveze mirodjije.

Priprema:

1. Pomesati sve sastojke za fil.

2. Pomesati kiselu pavlaku, kackavalj i mirodjiju i premazati zavijen rolat.

Ingredients: 200g feta cheese, 150ml sour cream, 3-4 pickles (finely chopped) 1 roasted pepper (peeled and seeded), finely chopped.

1. Mix all the ingredients.

With cream cheese, eggs and ham 

Ingredients: 200g of cream cheese, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons of sour cream 150g of ham, leaves of parsley (finely chopped. 

Preparation: 

1. Hard-boil the eggs. Leave to cool. 

2. Peel the eggs. Cut the egg whites into cubes and mash the egg yolks with a fork. 

3. Cut the ham into cubes. 

4. Mix the ingredients. Don't forget the parsley :) 

With ham and feta cheese 

Ingredients: 300g feta cheese, 100ml sour cream, 200g ham (coarsely grated). 

Preparation: 

1. Mix all the ingredients. 

With sour cream, ham and yellow cheese

Ingredients: 250g of sour cream, 3 tablespoons of cream cheese, 200g of ham (grated), 150g of yellow cheese (grated), 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds.

Preparation: 

1. Mix all the ingredients.

With white crumbled cheese, sour cream, eggs and pickles 

Ingredients: 600g of white crumbled cheese or white cheese (mash with a fork), 400g of sour cream of 20% milk fat, a pinch of salt, 2 eggs (hard-boiled, peeled), 3 pickled cucumbers, slices of ham or smoked pork tenderloin or mortadella or dried pork neck, for coating - sour cream, sesame. 

Preparation: 

1. Cut the egg whites into cubes and mash the egg yolka with a fork. Cut the pickles into cubes. 

2. Mix white cheese with sour cream and mix well. 

3. Divide into two parts. 

4. In one part, add salt, eggs and pickles and mix everything well. 

5. Fill the rolls. 

6. Spread the first filling on one roll and eggs and pickles on the other. 

7. Put the deli meats you like over the filling and roll up. 

8. Cover with sour cream and sprinkle with sesame seeds. 

This mixture is enough to fill 2 rolls.

With vegetables 

Ingredients: 250g of white crumbled cheese or cottage cheese, 180g of sweet corn (cooked or canned), 150g of peas (cooked or canned), 1 fresh red bell pepper. 

Preparation:

With ajvar and sour cream 

Ingredients: for the filling - 250g of ajvar, 300g sour cream 20% milk fat, for coating - 200g sour cream 20%, 2 to 3 tablespoons of ajvar. 

Preparation: 

1. Mix all the ingredients for the filling. 

2. Mix sour cream and ajvar and coat the wrapped roll. 

With spinach, ham and sour cream 

Ingredients: 300g sour cream, 150g spinach (chopped), 150g ham, for coating - 200g sour cream 20% milk fat, 100g yellow cheese, a little chopped fresh dill. 

Preparation: 

1. Mix all the ingredients for the filling. 2. Mix sour cream, yellow cheese and dill and coat the wrapped roll.
