Večernji badem i kardamom Mesecev late (Evening almond and cardamom Moon latte)

Bez kofeina.

Sastojci (1 šolja): 200 ml bademovog mleka (nezaslađenog), 1 zgnječena semenka zelenog kardamoma ili prstohvat mlevenog kardamoma, ¼ kašičice cejlonskog cimeta, 1 kašičica agava sirupa ili meda (po ukusu), prstohvat prirodne vanile* (opciono).

Priprema

1. U šerpici zagrej bademovo mleko na srednjoj temperaturi (4), bez ključanja.

2. Dodaj kardamom i cimet i zagrevaj 2–3 minuta da se aroma otpusti.

3. Skloni sa vatre, procedi ako si koristila celu semenku.

4. Dodaj zaslađivač i vanilu, lagano promešaj.

5. Po želji zapeni mleko pre sipanja u šolju.
