Carrot juice for gout (Sok od sargarepe za giht)

This refreshing juice is rich in vitamins, antioxidants and natural ingredients that hydrate and can be beneficial to the gout diet. Carrot and cucumber contribute to body hydration, while ginger and lemon provide natural anti-inflammatory ingredients. The apple provides a natural mild sweetness and enhances the taste. Contains pectin, soluble fiber that can contribute to gut health, polyphenols (antioxidants) that support overall anti-inflammatory nutrition.

The juice simultaneously supports the health of the heart and the digestive system, and thanks to natural carbohydrates and vitamins, it provides a mild, long-lasting source of energy.

Ingredients: 300 g of carrots, 1 cucumber, 1 small apple (optional; granny smith or something less sweet), 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 5-7 g of fresh ginger root (1-1.5 cm), 100-150 ml of water.

Preparation:

1. Wash the carrot, cucumber and apple, cut into smaller pieces.

2. Put in a blender. Add water, lemon juice and ginger. Blend until smooth.

It is better not to strain the juice, so that the fibers remain.

Note for gout:

  • With gout, the most important thing is to reduce the intake of foods rich in purines and sweetened beverages.
  • This kind of juice can be part of the menu, but water should be the main drink during the day.

Vegetables, low-fat dairy products, eggs, whole grains and plenty of fluids are often better suited to the gout menu.


Ovaj osvežavajući sok bogat je vitaminima, antioksidansima i prirodnim sastojcima koji hidriraju i mogu biti koristan dodatak ishrani kod gihta. Šargarepa i krastavac doprinose hidrataciji organizma, dok đumbir i limun pružaju prirodne protivupalne sastojke. Jabuka daje prirodnu blagu slatkoću i poboljšava ukus. Sadrzi pektin, rastvorljiva vlakna koja mogu doprineti zdravlju creva, polifenole (antioksidanse) koji podržavaju opštu protivupalnu ishranu.

Sok istovremeno podržava zdravlje srca i sistema za varenje, a zahvaljujući prirodnim ugljenim hidratima i vitaminima pruža blag, dugotrajan izvor energije.

Sastojci: 300 g šargarepe, 1 krastavac, 1 manja jabuka (opciono; greni smit ili neka manje slatka), 1 kašika soka od limuna, 5-7 g korena svežeg đumbira (1-1.5 cm), 100–150 ml vode.

Priprema:

1. Šargarepu, krastavac i jabuku oprati, iseći na manje komade.

2. Staviti u blender. Dodati vodu, sok od limuna i djumbir. Izblendati do glatke teksture.

Bolje je da se sok ne procedi, kako bi ostala vlakna.

Napomena za giht: 

  • Kod gihta je najvažnije da se smanji unos hrane bogate purinima i zaslađenih napitaka. 
  • Ovakav sok može biti deo jelovnika, ali voda treba da bude glavni napitak tokom dana. 

Za jelovnik kod gihta često se bolje uklapaju povrće, mlečni proizvodi sa manje masti, jaja, integralne žitarice i dovoljno tečnosti.
