Nepeceni kolac od sira bez jaja (No bake cheesecake without eggs)

Sastojci: za koru - 150g obicnog keksa, 150g biskvita bez jaja, 6 kasika margarina, 4 kasike secera u prahu, za krem - 300g krem sira, 6 kasika secera u prahu, 3 kasike soka od limuna, 150ml umucenog slaga, za preliv - vocni preliv (od pomorandze) ili preliv po zelji i za ukrasavanje - voce po zelji. 

Priprema:
1) Za koru - samleti obican keks i biskvit. Margarin otopiti i dodati u keks. Dodati secer i dobro sjediniti.
2) Staviti biskvit u pleh sa pomerajucim stranicama i ostaviti u frizider.
3) Za krem - umutiti krem sir sa secerom u prahu i sokom od limuna. Dodati umucen slag. Dobro sjediniti.
4) Staviti krem preko biskvita. Pokriti folijom i staviti u zamrzivac na 1 sat. 
5) Po zelji preliti kolac sa prelivom i ukrasiti vocem.

Ingredients: for crust - 150g plain biscuits, 150g biscuits without eggs, 6 tablespoons butter, 4 tablespoons powdered sugar, for cream - 300g cream cheese, 6 tablespoons powdered sugar, 3 tablespoons lemon juice, 150ml whipped cream, for topping - fruit topping (orange) or any topping you like and for decoration - fruit you like

Preparation:
1) For the crust - grind the plain cookie and biscuits. Dissolve margarine and add in biscuits. Add sugar and combine well.
2) Put biscuits in the pan with moving sides and leave it in the refrigerator.
3) For cream - whisk the cream cheese with the powdered sugar and lemon juice. Add the whipped cream. Combine well.
4) Put the cream over the cake. Cover with foil and place in freezer for 1 hour.

5) If desired, top with topping and garnish with fruit.

Karipsko pile sa pirincem (Caribbean chicken with rice)

Sastojci: 600g pileceg belog mesa, 250g pirinca, 2 paradajza, 1 glavica crnog luka, 2 cena belog luka, 1 kasika timijana, 1/2 kasicice karija, sok od pola limuna, 4 kasike maslinovog ulja, 1 kasika secera, so, 100ml pileceg toplog bujona + jos ako je potrebno.

Priprema:
1) Pilece meso iseci na komade. Paradajz oljustiti i iseci na kocke. Crni i beli luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati.
2) U ciniju staviti pilece meso, paradajz, crni i beli luk, timijan, karija, sok od limuna i so pu ukusu. Promesati i pokriti folijom. Ostaviti preko noci u frizideru. Ocediti i sacuvati marinadu.
3) Zagrejati 2 kasike ulja u serpi, dodati meso i prziti 2-3 minuta. Dodati marinadu i prziti jos 5 minuta na jakoj vatri. Smanjiti vatru i uz dolivanje toplog bujona po potrebi, kuvati oko 45 minuta. 
4) U serpu staviti 2 kasike ulja da se zagreje. Dodati secer i prziti uz konstantno mesanje. Skloniti sa sporeta i dodati 100ml toplog bujona. Dodati pirinac, vratiti na sporet i kuvati oko 25 minuta. ako je potrebno dodati toplog bujona.
5) Kad je pirinac skuvan dodati piletinu sa sosom i promesati.lon

Ingredients: 600g chicken breasts, 250g of rice, 2 tomatoes, 1 onion, 2 cloves garlic, 1 teaspoon thyme, 1/2 teaspoon curry powder, juice of half a lemon, 4 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon sugar, salt, 100ml warm chciken broth + more if necessary.

Preparation:
1) Cut chicken into pieces. Peel tomato and chop into cubes. Onions and garlic peel and finely chop.
2) In a bowl put the chicken, tomato, onion, garlic, thyme, curry, lemon juice and salt to taste. Stir and cover with foil. Leave overnight in the refrigerator. Drain and save the marinade.
3) Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a saucepan, add the meat and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the marinade and fry another 5 minutes over high heat. Reduce the fire and,  if necessary, add warm broth, cook for 45 minutes.
4) in a saucepan put 2 tablespoons oil to warm up. Add the sugar and fry with constant stirring. Remove from stove and add 100ml of warm broth. Add the rice, return to the stove and cook for about 25 minutes. if it is necessary add the warm broth.

5) When the rice is cooked add the chicken with the sauce and stir.

Brazilski krem od bundeve (Brazilian pumpkin cream)

Sastojci: 500g bundeve, 350g secera, 1/2 kasicice cimeta, 1/3 kasicice karanfilica (u prahu).

Priprema:
1) Spremite bundevu po uputstvu Kuvanje bundeve u rerni.
2) Ogulite koru, isecite na komade i izgnjecite viljuskom ili iseckajte u secku.
3) U serpu staviti bundevu, secer, cimet i karanfilic i kuvati na tihoj vatri uz neprestano mesanje, dok se krem ne zgusne. 

Ingredients: 500g pumpkin, 350g sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/3 teaspoon cloves (powder).

Preparation:
1) Prepare the pumpkin as instructed Cooking pumpkin in the oven.
2) Peel the rind, cut into chunks and mash with a fork or chop in food processor.

3) In pot put the pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon and cloves and cook over low heat stirring constantly, until it thickens.

Kako ispeci bundevu u rerni (How to bake pumpkin in oven)

Sastojci: bundeva, maslinovo ulje.

Priprema:
1) Iseci bundevu na pola i odstraniti semenke. Sacuvajte semenke za pecenje. 
2) Oguliti bundevu i iseci na 3cm dugacke i 1cm debele komade.
3) Staviti bundevu u pleh za pecenje i dobro poprskati sa uljem.
4) Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200C oko 20 minuta.

Ingredients: pumpkin, olive oil.

Preparation:
1) Cut the pumpkin in half and remove seeds. Preserve seeds for roasting.
2) Peel the pumpkin and cut into 3 cm long and 1 cm thick pieces.
3) Put the pumpkin in a baking pan and drizzle well with oil.

4) Bake in the preheated oven at 200C for about 20 minutes.

Kuvanje bundeve u rerni (Cooking pumpkin in oven)

Sastojci: bundeva

Priprema:
1) Izrežite bundeva na pola i izvadite semenke. Sacuvajte semenke za pečenje.
2) Iseci bundevu sa korom na komade..
3) Stavite bundevu u dubok pleh i prelijte vodom, oko 2,5 do 3cm vode. .

4) Kuvati u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180C oko 30 minuta, dok ne omeksa.

Ingredients: pumpkin

Preparation:
1) Cut the pumpkin in half and remove the seeds semenke. Preserve seeds for roasting.
2) Cut the pumpkin into pieces with the skin ..
3) Put the pumpkin in a deep pan and cover with water, about 2.5 to 3 cm of water. .

Argentinsko punjeno testo (Argentine empanada)

Sastojci: za testo-500g brasna, 60ml mleka, 50g secera, 40g margarina, za fil-1 glavica crnog luka, 3 kasike krem sira, 1 kasika margarina, 1 jaje, 4 tvrdo kuvana jaja, 50ml bujona, 2 kasike svezeg persuna (iseckanog) ili 2 kasicice suvog, 3 kasike maslinovog ulja, so.

Priprema:
1) Crni luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati. Zumanca izgnjeciti viljuskom a belanca sitno iseckati. Jaje umutiti.
2) Za testo - pomesati brasno, 25g secera, margarin i mleko i zamesiti testo.  Ostaviti 15 minuta da odmori.
3) Za fil - zagrejati ulje, dodati kasiku margarina. Kad se otopiti dodati crni luk i proprziti. Posoliti po ukusu. Dodati 25g secera i persun. Promesati. Skloniti sa sporeta i ostaviti da se ohladi. Dodati sir, supu, jaja. Sjediniti dobro.
4) Sto posuti sa malo brasna, pa oklagijom razviti testo. Seci kolutove precnika 12cm.  Na sredinu svakog kruga staviti 2 kasike fila. Preklopiti, prstima pritisnuti krajeve. 
5) Pleh podmazati uljem, posuti brasnom, poredjati empanade, premazati jajetom i peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200C oko 10 minuta.

Ingredients: for dough-500g flour, 60ml milk, 50g sugar, 40g of margarine, for filling-1 onion, 3 tablespoons of cream cheese, 1 tablespoon margarine, 1 egg, 4 hard-boiled eggs, 50 ml of broth, 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped) or 2 teaspoons of dried, 3 tablespoons olive oil, salt.

Preparation:
1) Peel onion and finely chop. Egg yolks squeeze with fork and egg whites finely chop. Whisk the egg.
2) For dough - mix the flour, 25g sugar, margarine and milk and knead the dough. Leave for 15 minutes to rest.
3) For the filling - heat the oil, add a tablespoon of margarine. When dissolved add onion and fry. Add salt to taste. Add 25g of sugar and parsley. Mix. Remove from stove and allow to cool. Add cream cheese, soup, eggs. Combine well.
4) Sprinkle table with a little flour and with rolling pin develop the dough. Cut the rings 12cm diameter. At the center of each circle to put 2 tablespoons of filling. Press with fingers at the ends.

5) Grease the baking dish with oil, sprinkle with flour, sort empanadas, coat with beaten egg and bake in pre-heated oven at 200C for about 10 minutes.

Punjen paradajz (Stuffed tomato)

Sastojci: 18 paradajza, so.

Priprema:
1) Iseci poklopac sa svakog paradajza. Pazljivo izvaditi sredinu. Posoliti i prevnuti da se ocediti. 
2) Tanko iseci donji deo paradajza, da moze da stoji. 
3) Puniti spremljenim nadevima.

Sa kozjim sirom: 120g kozjeg sira, 1 1/2 kasika persuna (sitno seckanog), 1 1/2 kasika bosiljka (sitno seckanog), 1 kasika maslinovog ulja.

Sa tunom i krem sirom: 100g krem sira, 120g tunjevine, sok od jednog limuna, 1 1/2 kasika persuna (sitno seckanog), so.  

Sa kuvanim jajima: 4 tvrdo kuvana jaja, 1 1/2 kasicica kapra (smrvljenog), 2 komada sardina, 5 kasika majoneza. Zumanca i sardine izgnjecite viljuskom, a belanca sitno iseckajte. Sve pomesati i dobro sjediniti.


Sa maslinama i sardinama: 80 crnih maslina, 2 komada sardina, 1 1/2 kasicica kapra (smrvljenog), 70g fete, so, biber, 2 kasike maslinovog ulja. Masline iseckati. Sardine i fetu izgnjeciti viljuskom. Sve pomesati i dobro sjediniti. 

Predlog 1:  mozete napraviti Punjen paradajz 2.

Predlog 2: mozete napraviti Paradajz punjen testeninom.

Ingredients: 18 tomatoes, so.

Preparation:
1) Cut the lid of each tomato. Carefully remove the middle. Add salt and turn upside down to drain.

2) Thinly cut the lower part of the tomato, that can stand.
3) Fill with prepared fillings.

With goat cheese: 120g goat's cheese, 1 1/2 tablespoon parsley (chopped), 1 1/2 tablespoon basil (chopped), 1 tablespoon olive oil.

With tuna and cream cheese: 100g cream cheese, 120g of tuna, juice of one lemon, 1 1/2 tablespoon parsley (chopped), salt.

With boiled eggs: 4 hard-boiled eggs, 1 1/2 teaspoon caper (crushed), 2 pieces of sardines, 5 tbsp mayonnaise. Egg yolks and sardines mash with fork, and egg whites finely chop. Mix all and combine well.


With olives and sardines: 80 black olives, 2 pieces of sardines, 1 1/2 teaspoon caper (crushed), 70g feta cheese, salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Cut olives. Sardines and feta mash with fork. Mix all and combine well.

Suggestion 1:  you can make Stuffed tomato 2.

Suggestion 2: you can make Tomatoes stuffed with pasta.

Zacinjen margarin 1 (Seasoned margarine 1)

Sastojci: 150g margarina.

Priprema:
1) Margarin penasto umutiti i dodati neki od zacina. Dobro promesati.

Napomena: staviti u frizider na nekoliko sati. Izvaditi 20 minuta pre sluzenja.

Sa karijem: 1 1/2 kasicica karija u prahu.

Sa senfom: 15g senfa.

Sa krstovnikom: 1 veza krstovnika. Krstovnik oprati i sitno iseckati.

Sa plavim sirom: 150g plavog sira, 15ml konjaka, prstohvat bibera. Izrendati plavi sir, dodati konjak i biber.

Sa tunjevinom: 120g tunjevine, 2 kasike vlasca, 2 kasike persuna (iseckanog)

Sa persunom: 75g persuna (sitno iseckanog), 1 glavice crnog luka (sitno iseckanog), 2 kasika suvog belog vina.

Sa alevom paprikom: 1 1/2 kasicica aleve paprike.

Sa belim lukom: na 2 kasike margarina dodati 1 kasicicu italijanskog zacina i 1/2 kasicice belog luka u prahu.

Predlog: mozete napraviti Zacinjen margarin 2.

Ingredients: 150g of margarine.

Preparation:
1) Whisk margarine until foamy and add some spice. Mix well.

Note: put in the fridge for a few hours. Take out 20 minutes before serving.

With curry: 1 1/2 teaspoon curry powder.

With mustard: 15g mustard.

With watercress: 1 bunch of watercress. Wash watercress and finely chop.

With blue cheese: 150g blue cheese, 15ml of brandy, a pinch of pepper. Grate blue cheese, add the brandy and pepper.

With tuna: 120g tuna, 2 tablespoons chives (chopped), 2 tablespoons parsley (chopped)

With parsley: 75g parsley (chopped), 1 onion (finely chopped), 2 tablespoons dry white wine.


With cayenne pepper: 1 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper.

With garlic: on 2 tablespoons of margarine add 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning and 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder. 

Suggestion: mozete napraviti Seasoned margarine 2.


Ekvadorska kikiriki corba (Ecuadorian peanut chowder)

Sastojci: 125g pecenog kikirikija, 400g krompira (opranog), 1 L bujona (vruce), 1 glavica crnog luka, 150ml kisele pavlake, 2 kasike vlasca (iseckanih), 2 kasike maslinovog ulja, so.

Priprema: 
1) Krompir staviti u vrelu vodu i kuvati od 10 do 20 minuta. Ostaviti da se ohladi. Oljustiti i iseci na kockie. Crni luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati.
2) U serpi, na ulju, proprziti crni luk. Dodati krompir, kikiriki i 350ml bujona. Promesati i istiniti u secku.
3) Vratiti u serpu, dodati ostatak supe i ostaviti da provri uz konstantno mesanje. Poklopiti i kuvati oko 10 minuta na tihoj vatri. Skloniti sa sporeta.
4) Dodati kiselu pavlaku i promesati. Posuti vlascem.

Ingredients: 125g roasted peanuts, 400g potatoes (washed), 1 L broth (hot), 1 onion, 150ml sour cream, 2 tablespoons chives (chopped), 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt.

Preparation:
1) Potatoes put into boiling water and cook for 10 to 20 minutes. Allow to cool. Peel and cut into cubes. Peel onion and finely chop.
2) In the pot, in oil, fry onion. Add potatoes, peanuts and 350ml of broth. Mix and blend in food processor.
3) Return to the pot, add the rest of the broth and let it boil with constant stirring. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes over low heat. Remove from stove.

Meksicki sos od avokada (Guacamole)

Sastojci: 3 avokada, 2 paradajza, 1/2 glavice crnog luka, sok od pola limete, 1 zelena slatka paprika, so.

Priprema:
1) Paradajz i papriku ocistiti i iseci na kockice. Luk oljustiti i iseci na kockice.
2) Avokado iseci na pola, ukloniti kostice i izdubite pulpu. Izgnjeciti samo s viljuskom.
3) Pomesati avokado, paradajz, papriku, crni luk, sok od limete i so po ukusu. Dobro sjediniti.

Ingredients: 3 avocados, 2 tomatoes, 1/2 onion, juice of half a lime, 1 green sweet pepper, salt.

Preparation:
1) Tomatoes and pepper clean and cut into cubes. Peel onion and cut into cubes.
2) Avocado cut in half, remove the pits and scoop out the pulp. Mash with fork, only.

3) Mix the avocados, tomatoes, pepper, onion, lime juice and salt to taste. Combine well.

Podloga za picu bez kvasca (Yeast free pizza crust)

Sastojci: 625g brasna, 3 kasicice sode bikarbone, 1 kasicica soli, 1 kasika maslinovog ulja, 250ml vode.

Priprema:
1) U ciniji, pomesati brasno, sodu bikarbonu i so. 
2) Dodati ulje i vodu. Drvenom varjacom lagano mesati dok ne ne formira testo. 
3) Zamesiti testo rukama. Testo treba da bude meko i glatko. Mesiti oko 5 minuta.
Napomena: ako je previse suvo dodati vodu. Ako je lepljivo dodati brasno. 
4) Pokriti krpom i ostaviti 10 minuta da se odmori.
5) Oklagijom razviti testo debljine 1 cm ili manje, u zeljeni oblik. 
6) Staviti testo u pleh posut brasnom i peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200C 5 minuta.
7) Izvaditi iz rerne, staviti fil i vratiti da se pece jos oko 15 minuta ili dok lagano porumeni i postane hrskavo.

Predlog: mozete napraviti podlogu za picu sa kvascem.

Ingredients: 625g flour, 3 teaspoons of baking soda, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon olive oil and 250ml water.

Preparation:
1) In a bowl, mix the flour, baking soda and salt.
2) Add the oil and the water. With a wooden spoon, gently mix until it forms a dough.
3) Make a dough with hands. The dough should be soft and smooth. Knead for about 5 minutes.
Note: If it is too dry add water. If it is sticky add flour.
4) Cover with a cloth and leave for 10 minutes to rest.
5) With a rolling pin develop dough thickness of 1 cm or less, in the desired shape.
6) Place the dough in a baking pan dusted with flour and bake in a pre heated oven at 200C for 5 minutes.
7) Remove from the oven, put the filling and return it to bake for about 15 minutes or until lightly browned and crispy.


Suggestion: you can make pizza dough with yeast.


Kako skuvati kuskus (How to cook couscous)

Sastojci: 250g kuskusa, 375ml vode, 1/2 kasicice soli, 1 kasika ulja ili 1 kasika margarina.

Priprema:
1) U serpu, sipati vodu, dodati so i ulje ili margarin i ostaviti da prokljuca.
2) Dodati kuskus. Poklopiti i odmah skinuti sa sporeta.
3) Ostaviti poklopljeno 8-10 minuta.
4) Viljuskom razdvojiti zrna.

Ingredients: 250g couscous, 375ml water, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tablespoon oil or 1 tablespoon of margarine.

Preparation:
1) In pot, pour water, add salt and oil or butter and allow to boil.
2) Add the couscous. Cover and immediately remove from the stove.
3) Leave covered for 8-10 minutes.

4) With fork to separate grains.

Marokanska dinstana jagnjetina (Moroccan braised lamb)

Sastojci: 500g jagnjetine, 2 jabuke ili kruske, 250g crnog luka, 80g meda, 1/2 veze korijandera, 20g suvog grozdja, 30g badema (na listice), 1 kasika maslinovog ulja, 1/2 kasike safrana, 1/2 kasike djumbira, 1 kasicica cimeta, 20ml+250ml vode, so.

Priprema:
1) Meso iseci na kockice. Korijander oprati. Crni luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati. Suvo grozdje potopiti u vodu i ostaviti 10 minuta da nabubri. Ocediti. Jabuke ili kruske oljustite i isecite na kocke.
2) U serpi, na ulju, proprziti meso. Dodati safran, djumbir, cimet, 40g meda i vodu. Promesati i dinstati.
3) U serpicu, staviti 40g meda i dodati jabuke ili kruske. 
4) U serpu sa mesom dodati 250ml vode i posoliti po ukusu. Odozgo staviti korijander. Poklopiti i dinstati , na tihoj vatri oko 45 minuta. Dodati crni luk i dinstati jos 25 minuta. 
5) Dodati suvo grozdje i jabuke ili kruske u medu. Poklopiti i nastaviti sa dinstanjem jos 20 minuta. 
6) Skloniti korijander. Posuti bademom.

Predlog: mozete posluziti sa kuskusom.

Ingredients: 500g lamb, 2 apples or pears, 250 g onion, 80 g of honey, 1/2  bunch of coriander, 20g raisins, 30g almonds (sliced), 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1/2 tbsp saffron, 1/2 tablespoons ginger , 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 20 ml+250 ml of water, salt.

Preparation:
1) Cut the meat into cubes. Wash coriander. Peel onion and finely chop. Soak raisins in water and leave for 10 minutes to swell. Drain. Peel apples or pears and cut into cubes.
2) In the pot, in the oil, fry the meat. Add saffron, ginger, cinnamon, 40g of honey and water. Stir and braise.
3) In small pot, put 40g of honey and add apples or pears.
4) in a saucepan with meat add 250ml water and add salt to taste. From above put coriander. Cover and braise on low heat for about 45 minutes. Add onion and cook for another 25 minutes.
5) Add raisins and apples or pears in honey. Cover and continue simmering for another 20 minutes.
6) Remove coriander. Sprinkle with almonds.


Suggestion:  you can serve it with couscous.

Severnoafricki kuskus sa povrcem (North African couscous with vegetables)

Sastojci: 250g kuskusa, 500g jagnjetine, 150g leblebija, 2 paprike babure, 3 repe, 3 tikvice, 3 sargarepe, 2 patlidzana, 200g bundeve, 1 glavica crnog luka, 2 cena belog luka, 2 kasike persuna (iseckanog), 1/2 veze korijandera, 1/2 kasicice aleve paprike, 1/2 kasicice bibera, 1/2 kasicica cimeta, 1/2 kasicice safrana, 1/2 kasicice kurkume, 1 kasicica soli, 70g margarina.

Priprema:
1) Leblebije oprati i potopiti u vodu. Ostaviti 12 h. Ocediti. 
2) Papriku, tikvice, sargarepe, patlidzan oprati, oljustiti i iseci na kocke. Repu, crni i beli luk, oljustiti i iseci na kocke. Bundevu oljustiti i ocistiti od semenki i iseci na kocke. Meso iseci na kocke.
3) U serpi, rastopiti 40g margrina. Dodati crni i beli luk, cimet, biber, safran, kurkumu i alevu papriku. Dodati jagnjetinu i prziti 5 minuta.
4) Dodati leblebije, posoliti i preliti vodom. Promesati i ostaviti da provri. Smanjiti temperaturu i ostaviti da se krcka oko 1 h, povremeno skidajuci penu. 
5) Dodati sargarepu i repu i kuvati jos 25 minuta. 
6) Dodati tikvice, bundevu, papriku, patlidzane, korijander i persun i kuvati jos 30 minuta. 
7) Kuskus preliti hladnom vodom i ocediti. Razdvojiti zrna i ostavite 20 minuta da nabubre. Staviti kuskus u korpicu za kuvanje na pari, i staviti iznad serpe u kojoj se kuva povrce. Kuvati 20 minuta povremeno mesajuci.
8) Pomesati kuskus i 30g putera i razdvojiti zrna.
9) Posluziti povrce sa mesom i kuskusom.

Predlog: ovo jelo mozete posluziti sa Severnoafrickim aromaticnim sosom

Ingredients: 250g couscous, 500g lamb, 150g chickpeas, 2 bell peppers, 3 turnips, 3 zucchini, 3 carrots, 2 eggplants, 200g pumpkin, 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons parsley (chopped), 1/2 bunch of coriander, 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon of saffron, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1 teaspoon salt, 70g of margarine.

Preparation:
1) Wash chickpeas and soak it in water. Leave for 12 h. Drain.
2) Wash and peel zucchini, carrots, eggplants and cut into cubes. Peel beets, onions and garlic and cut into cubes. Pumpkin and peppers peel and clean of seeds and cut into cubes. The meat cut into cubes.
3) In the pot, melt 40g margrina. Add onion, garlic, cinnamon, pepper, saffron, turmeric and cayenne pepper. Add the lamb and fry for 5 minutes.
4) Add the chickpeas, season with salt and cover with water. Stir and allow to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 1 hour, occasionally removing the foam.
5) Add the carrots and turnips and cook another 25 minutes.
6) Add the zucchini, pumpkin, peppers, eggplants, coriander and parsley and cook for another 30 minutes.
7) Pour cold water over couscous and drain. Separate grains and leave for 20 minutes to swell. Place the couscous in a basket steamer, and place over the pot in which vegetables are cooking. Cook 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
8) Mix the couscous and 30g butter and separate the grains.
9) Serve vegetables with meat and couscous.


Suggestion: this dish can be served with the North African aromatic sauce (Harissa sauce).

Tuniska corba od jogurta i spanaca (Tunisian buttermilk and spinach chowder)

Sastojci: 700g spanaca, 250ml jogurta, 80g pirinca, 2 cena belog luka, 1/2 glavice crnog luka, 750ml vode, 2 kasike maslinovog ulja.

Priprema:
1) Spanac oprati, osusiti i i iseci na rezance. Crni i beli luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati. Staviti jogurt i beli luk u flasu ili teglu. dobro zatvoriti i promuckati.
2) U serpi, na ulju, proprziti crni luk. Dodati spanac i kuvati na tihoj temperatuti oko 5 minuta. 
3) Dodati pirinac i toplu vodu. Posoliti po ukusu. Ostaviti da provri pa smanjiti temperaturu i kuvati 15-20 minuta, dok se pirinac ne skuva. Skloniti sa sporeta.
4) Preliti jogurt preko pirinca i spanaca i promesati.

Predlog: posle ovog jela mozete posluziti Tuniski puding sa orasastim vocem.

Ingredients: 700g spinach, 250ml of buttermilk, 80g rice, 2 cloves garlic, 1/2 of onion, 750ml water, 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Preparation:
1) Wash spinach, dry and cut into stripes. Onions and garlic peel and finely chop. Put the buttermilk and garlic in a bottle or jar. Seal and shake.
2) In the pot, in oil, fry onion. Add spinach and cook on low temperature for about 5 minutes.
3) Add the rice and warm water. Add salt to taste. Allow to boil and reduce the heat and cook for 15-20 minutes, until the rice is cooked. Remove from stove.

4) Pour the buttermilk mixture over the rice and spinach and stir.

Suggestion: after this dish you can serve Tunisian pudding with dried nuts.

Dalmatinska pasticada (Dalmatian beef steak)

Sastojci: 1 kg junecih snicli, 1 glavica crnog luka, 2 sargarepe, 100g slanine, 3 cena belog luka, vegeta, ulje, aleva paprika, 2 kasike persuna, 2 kasike soka od paradajza, 100ml crnog vina. 

Priprema: 
1) Ocistiti crni i beli luk i sitno iseckati. Sargarepu oljustiti, oprati i iseci na kolutove. Slaninu iseci na kockice.
2) Snicle namazati vegetom, premazati uljem i belim lukom pa ostaviti preko noci u frizideru.
3) Na ulju, na jakoj vatri, kratko, proprziti meso sa obe strane. 
4) Na ulju proprziti crni luk. Dodati slaninu, sargarepu, sok od paradajza. Zatim dodati alevu papriku po ukusu i persun.
5) Staviti snicle, dodati vino, pa doliti toliko vode da prekrije meso. Dinstati dok snicle ne omeksaju.

Predlog: dalmatinsku pasticadu mozete posluziti sa Njokama.

Ingredients: 1 kg beef steaks, 1 onion, 2 carrots, 100g of bacon (piece), 3 cloves of garlic, veggie seasoning, oil, cayenne pepper, 2 tablespoons parsley (fresh), 2 tablespoons of tomato juice, 100ml of red wine.

Preparation:
1) Clean the onions and garlic and finely chop. Peel carrots, wash and cut into slices. Cut bacon into cubes.
2) Season steak with veggie seasoning, coat with oil and garlic and leave overnight in the refrigerator.
3) On the oil, over high heat, short, fry the meat on both sides.
4) In oil, fry onion. Add the bacon, carrots, tomato juice. Then add the red pepper to taste and parsley.
5) Place the steaks in the pan, add the wine and add enough water to cover the meat. Cook until chops are tender.

Proposal: Dalmatian beef steaks can be served with gnocchi.

Dunavski valovi (Danube waves)

Sastojci: 600g visanja, 250g+250g margarina (omeksao), 200g secera, 20g vanilin secera, 6 jaja, malo soli, 350g brasna, 10g praska za pecivo, 2 kasike kakaoa, 450ml mleka (hladnog)+40g pudinga (u prahu), 200g cokolade za kuvanje+20g margarina

Priprema:
1) Pomesati brasno sa praskom za pecivo.
2) Umutiti margarin sa secerom.i vanilin secerom. Dodavati jedno po jedno jaje. Na kraju dodati brasno.
3) Pola smese sipati u podmazan i brasnom posut pleh. U drugi deo, dodati kakao i sjediniti. 
4) Sipati u zuti deo i viljuskom napraviti šare (talase). Odozgo stavite visnje.
5) Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180C oko 25 minuta. Ostaviti da se ohladi.
6) Umutiti margarin.
7) Od 450ml mleka odvojiti 100ml i pomesati sa pudingom. Preostalo mleko staviti na sporet, na srednju temperaturu. Usuti mesavinu pudinga i mleka i konstatno mesajuci drvenom varjacom, kuvati oko 5-7 minuta. Ostaviti da se ohladiti, povremeno mesajuci da se ne bi stvorila korica na povrsini.
8) U ohladjen puding dodati umucen margain i sjediniti.
9) Staviti preko kolaca. Ostaviti u frizider 2-3h.
10) Otopiti cokoladu sa margarinom i preliti preko fila. 

Ingredients: 600g sour cherries (fresh or frozen), 250g+250g margarine (softened), 200g sugar, 20g vanilla sugar, 6 eggs, pinch of salt, 350g flour, 10g baking powder, 2 tablespoons cocoa, 450ml milk (cold)+40g pudding (powder), 200g dark chocolate+20g of margarine

Preparation:
1) Mix the flour with the baking powder.
2) Whisk the butter with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add eggs one by one. Finally add the flour.
3) Half of the mixture pour into a greased and sprinkled with flour baking pan. In the second part, add cocoa and combine.
4) Pour over yellow part, and with fork make waves. Put cherries on top.
5) Bake in the preheated oven at 180C for about 25 minutes. Allow to cool.
6) Whisk margarine.
7) From 450ml milk separate 100ml and mix with pudding. The remaining milk put on the stove, medium temperature. Pour mixture of pudding and milk and constantly stirring with wooden spoon, cook for about 5-7 minutes. Allow to cool, stirring occasionally so as not to create a crust on the surface.
8) In the cooled pudding add beaten margain and combine.
9) Put over cake. Leave in refrigerator 2-3 hours.

10) Melt chocolate with margarine and pour over the filling.


Kremasti sos za biftek (Creamy steak sauce)

Sastojci: 2 kasike crvenog vinskog sirceta, 150ml pileceg bujona, 1 kasika zelenog bibera, 4 kasike milerama (ili 6 kasika kisele pavlake).

Priprema:
1) Izgnjeciti biber.
2) Staviti sirce u tiganj i pustiti da krcka. Dodati bujon i krckati, na visokoj temperaturi, dok se ne upolovi tecnost.
3) Posoliti po ukusu. Smanjiti na srednju temperaturu, dodati mileram i biber. Kuvati jos par minuta dok se sos malo ne zgusne.

Ide uz junece, govedje, jagnjece i pilece meso, uz tunu i losos.

Ingredients: 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar, 150ml of chicken broth, 1 tablespoon green peppercorn, 4 tbsp heavy cream.

Preparation:
1) Crush peppercorn.
2) Place the vinegar in a pan and let it simmer. Add broth and simmer, at a high temperature, until half in the liquid.
3) Add salt to taste. Reduce to medium heat, add heavy cream and peppercorn. Cook a few more minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

It goes with beef, beef tenderloin, lamb and chicken, along with tuna and salmon.


Italijanski zeleni sos (Italian green sauce)

Sastojci: manja veza persuna, manja veza vlasca, manja veza mente/nana, 1 kasicica kapra, 2 incuna, 1 cen belog luka, sok od jednog limuna, 3 kasike maslinovog ulja, so.

Priprema:
1) Oprati persun, vlasac i mentu i sitno iseckati. Incune iseckati. Beli luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati.
2) Pomesati sve sastojke. Posoliti po ukusu.

Ide uz meso, ribu, perad.

Ingredients: small bunch parsley, small bunch chives, mall bunch mint, 1 teaspoon capers, 2 anchovies, 1 clove garlic, juice of one lemon, 3 tablespoons olive oil, salt.

Preparation:
1) Wash the parsley, chives and mint and finely chop. Chop anchovies. Peel garlic and finely chop.
2) Mix all ingredients. Add salt to taste.

It goes with meat, fish, poultry.

Punjena cokolada (Filled chocolate)

Sastojci: 150g bele cokolade za kuvanje, 300g crne cokolade za kuvanje, 1 kasicica cimeta, 1 kasicica muskatnog orascica, suve brusnice, suvo grozdje, lesnici, bademi, 120g margarina (omeksao), 200g secera u prahu, 1 kasicica ekstrakta od vanile. 

Prirpema:
1) Umutiti margarin sa secerom u prahu. Dodati vanilu i sjediniti.
2) Na pari istopite belu cokoladu. Ostaviti da se prohladi, ali ne potpuno. Sipati u male kalupe do pola. 
3) Istopite 150g crne cokolade i dodati kasicicu cimeta. Sjediniti.
4) Istopite 150g crne cokolade i dodati kasicicu muskatnog orascica. Sjediniti.
5) Jos dok je bela cokolada topla dodati u sredinu, 1-2 brusnice, 2-3 suva grozdja, 1 lesnik, 1 badem, ili fil od margarina i secera u prahu. Preliti crnom cokoladom sa cimetom ili muskatnim orascicem.
6) Staviti u frizider da se ohlade.

Savet: cokoladu mozete puniti i visnjama prethodno potopljene u rum, zele bombonama, parcicima cokolade, suvim ananasom.

Ingredients: 150g white chocolate for cooking, 300g dark chocolate for cooking, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon nutmeg, dried cranberries, raisins, hazelnuts, almonds, 120g butter (softened), 200g powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Preparation:
1) Mix margarine with powdered sugar. Add vanilla and combine.
2) Melt the white chocolate, over steam. Allow to cool, but not completely. Pour into small molds, halfway.
3) Melt 150g dark chocolate, over steam and add a teaspoon of cinnamon. Combine.
4) Melt 150g dark chocolate, over steam and add a spoonful of nutmeg. Combine.
5) While the white chocolate is still warm add in the middle, 1-2 cranberries, 2-3 dry raisins, 1 hazelnut, 1 almond, or filling of margarine and powdered sugar. Pour dark chocolate with cinnamon or nutmeg.
6) Put in refrigerator to cool.

Tip: You can fill the chocolate with sour cherries previously dipped in rum, jelly beans, chocolate shards, dried pineapple.

Kolač s brusnicama (Cranberries cake)

Sastojci: 350g margarina, 300g secera, 4 jaja, 500g brasna, 2 kasike praska za pecivo, 350ml mleka, 2 kasike kakaoa, 100g suvih brusnica, secer u prahu.

Priprema:
1) Pomesati brasno i prasak za pecivo
2) Umutite secer i margarin i polako dodajte jaja. Dodati brasno i sjediniti. Zatim mleko i na kraju brusnice. 
3) Sipati pola od testa u podmazan i brašnom posut pleh, a ostalo pomesati dobro sa kakaom. Sipati u pleh.
4) Peci u prehodno zagrejanoj rerni na 160C oko 30 minuta.
5) Posuti secerom u prahu.
