Sastojci:
600g krem sira, 500g piskota, 6 jaja, 170g secera, 300ml skuvane
kafe, 60ml ruma, kakao.
Priprema:
1)
Kafu pomesati sa 2 kasike secera. Pazljivo odvojiti zumanca od
belanca.
Napomena:
ako Vam prilikom odvajanja zumanca od belanca u belance
ostane malo zumanca, belanca se nece lepo umutiti.
2)
Mikserom dobro umutiti zumanca i secer. Umutiti belanca pa dodati
zumancima.
3)
Piskote umakati u kafu i redjati u posudu. Sipati krem, pa staviti
red piskota i odozgo krem. Ostaviti preko noci u frizideru. Pre
sluzenja posuti kakaoom.
Ingredients:

300ml brewed coffee, 60ml of rum, cocoa.
Preparation:
1)
Mix coffee with 2 tablespoons sugar. Carefully separate the egg yolks
from the whites.
Note:
If you when separating the egg yolks from the egg whites,
drop some egg yolks into egg whites, egg whites will not form creamy
and fluffy.
2)
With hand mixer whisk egg yolks and sugar well. Whip the egg whites
and add to the egg yolks.
3)
Dip biscuits in coffee and arrange in a bowl. Pour the cream, put
layer of biscuits and top with cream. Leave overnight in the fridge.
Before serving sprinkle with cocoa.
