Brza pica sa mocarelom i paradajzom (Quick pizza with mozzarella and tomatoes)

Sastojci: 1 pakovanje lisnatog testa, 2-3 paradajza (jos ako vam je veci pleh), 1+1 kasika margarina, 1 cen belog luka, 200g kisele pavlake, 150-200g mocarele, origano.

Priprema:

1) Paradajz oljustiti, ocistiti i iseci na kolutove. Posoliti, staviti izmedju papirnih ubrusa i ostaviti 15 minuta. Beli luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati. Mocarelu izrendati na krupno.

2) Kiselu pavlaku pomesati sa mocarelom i promesati.

3) Razviti lisnato testo u krug velicine vaseg pleha. Pleh namazati jednom kasikom margarina. Staviti lisnato testo i viljuskom napraviti rupice. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200 C, dok ne dobije svetlo braon boju.

4) U tiganj staviti jednu kasiku margarina i na srednjoj temperaturi pustiti da se otopi. Dodati beli luk i proprziti 1-2 minuta.

5) Na peceno testo staviti paradajza, preko rasporediti beli luk, a zatim premazati mesavinom kisele pavlake i mocarele. Posuti origanom.

6) Vratiti u rernu da se pece dok se mocarela ne istopi.

3-7 godina, 7-14 godina.

Ingredients: 1 package of puff pastry, 2-3 tomatoes (even if you have a bigger tray), 1+1 spoon of margarine, 1 clove of garlic, 200g of sour cream, 150-200g of mozzarella, oregano.

Preparation:

1) Peel tomatoes, clean and cut the tomatoes into rings. Add salt, place between paper towels and leave for 15 minutes. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Grate the mozzarella coarsely.

2) Mix sour cream with mozzarella and stir.

3) Roll out the puff pastry into a circle the size of your baking sheet. Grease the baking sheet with one spoonful of margarine. Put the puff pastry and make holes with a fork. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 C until it gets a light brown color.

4) Put one tablespoon of margarine in a pan and let it melt at medium temperature. Add garlic and fry for 1-2 minutes.

5) Put the tomatoes on the baked dough, spread the garlic over it, and then cover with the sour cream and mozzarella mixture. Sprinkle with oregano.

6) Return to the oven to bake until the mozzarella melts.

3-7 years, 7-14 years.
