Sastojci: 230 g čokolade (iseckane), 115 g neslanog putera, ½ kašičice ekstrakta vanile, 80 g malih maršmeloua (ako su veliki, isecite ih na manje komade), 75 g lešnika ili badema ili oraha ili kikirikija ili pistaca (mlevenih), 75 g keksa (mlevenih).
Priprema:
1. U činiji pomešajte čokoladu i puter. Zagrejte iznad šerpe sa ključalom vodom i mešajte dok se ne otopi.
Uverite se da činija ne dodiruje vruću vodu.
2. Sklonite sa vatre.
3. Umešajte ekstrakt vanile.
4. Umešajte maršmeloue, lešnike i keks.
5. Obložite pleh dimenzija 20 x 20 cm folijom ili papirom za pečenje.
6. Sipajte smesu u pripremljeni pleh. Hladite najmanje 3 sata u frizideru ili dok se ne stegne.
7. Izvadite iz pleha koristeći foliju ili papir za pečenje i isecite na kvadrate.
8. Čuvati u frižideru.
9. Izvadite iz frižidera 15 minuta pre serviranja.
Ingredients: 230 g chocolate (chopped), 115 g unsalted butter, ½ teaspoon vanilla extract, 80 g small marshmallows (if large cut them into small pieces), 75 g hazelnuts or almonds or walnuts or peanuts or pistachios (grounded), 75 g biscuits (grounded).
Preparation:
1. In a bowl combine chocolate and butter. Heat over a pot with boiling water and stir until melted.
Make sure that bowl doesn't touch the hot water.
2. Remove from heat.
3. Stir in vanilla extract.
4. Fold in marshmallows, hazelnuts, and biscuits.
5. Line a 20 x 20 cm baking pan with foil or baking paper.
6. Spread mixture into prepared pan. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until set.
7. Lift from the pan using the foil or baking paper, and cut into squares.
8. Keep in the fridge.
9. Take it out of the fridge 15 minutes before serving.
