Sastojci: 240 ml jogurta, 170 g majoneza, 120 g kisele pavlake (grčki jogurt), 25 g parmezana (po mogućnosti sveže rendanog), 1 ½ kašike svežeg limunovog soka, 1 kašika sirćeta, 2 kašičice belog luka (mlevenog) ili ½ kašičice belog luka u prahu, ½ kašičice nejodirane soli, 1 kašičica Kajun začinskog miksa, prstohvat bibera.
Priprema:
1. Sve sastojke izmiksajte u blenderu dok ne postanu glatki.
2. Stavite u frižider na 1 sat.
Napomena: pojesti u roku od 24 sata zbog limunovog soka ili koristiti sirće umesto toga da se čuva u frižideru 4 dana.
Predlog: veganski parmezan sir, vegan majonez, vegan majonez sa jabukovim sircetom.
Ingredients: 240 ml buttermilk, 170 g mayonnaise, 120 g sour cream (Greek yogurt), 25 g Parmesan (freshly grated if possible), 1 ½ tbsp fresh lemon juice, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 2 teaspoons garlic (minced) or ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon non iodized salt, 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning mix, pinch of pepper.
Preparation:
1. Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
2. Put in a fridge for 1 hour.
Note: eat within 24 hours because of lemon juice or use vinegar instead to keep in the fridge for 4 days.
Suggestion: vegan parmesan cheese, vegan mayonnaise, vegan mayonnaise with acv
