Torta od spanaca i slanine (Spinach and bacon cake)

Sastojci: 200g brasna, 40g margarina (putera), sobne temperature, 3 kasike ulja, mlaka voda, 600g spanaca, 250g slanine, 200g kackavalja (izrendanog), 2 jaja, 1 cen belog luka, so i biber po ukusu.

Priprema:
1) Pomesati brasno sa margarinom, dodati 1 kasiku ulja, soli po ukusu i vode toliko da se zamesi vazdusasto testo. Ostaviti da stoji 1 sat.
2) Spanac ocistiti i skuvati u slanoj vodi. Ocediti i iseckati. Slaninu iseckati. Beli luk sitno iseckati.
3) U tiganju na 2 kasike ulja, proprziti spanac, dodati slaninu i beli luk, i jos malo proprziti. Skinuti sa vatre, dodati jaje i kackavalj. Promesati.
4) Premesiti testo i podeliti na dva dela (2/3 + 1/3) i razviti na velicinu pleha. Pleh namazati uljem, staviti 2/3 testa, sipati fil od spanaca i slanine, prekriti 1/3 testa.
5) Umutiti jaje, premazati preko testa i peci u rerni na 160 stepeni oko 45 minuta.

Ingredients: 200g flour, 40g margarine (butter), room temperature, 3 tablespoons oil, lukewarm water, 600g spinach, 250g bacon, 200g cheese (grated), 2 eggs, 1 clove of garlic, salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation:
1) Mix the flour and margarine, add 1 tablespoon oil, salt to taste and water so that you get airy dough. Knead the dough. Allow to stand for 1 hour.
2) Clean the spinach and cook in salted water. Drain and chop. Chop bacon. Finely chop the garlic.
3) In a skillet in 2 tablespoons of oil, fry spinach, add bacon and garlic, and fry a bit. Remove from heat, add the egg and cheese. Stir.

Jastuk torta (Pillow cake)

Sastojci: biskvit testo, dzem od kajsija, za krem - 750ml+250ml mleka, 6 zumanaca, 5 kasika secera, 9 kasika brasna, za premazivanje - 6 belanaca, 3 kasike secera, 100 ml vode, 8 kasika secera, sok od jednog limuna ili 1 kasicica sirceta.

Priprema:
1) Pripremiti biskvit. Iseci vodoravno na dva dela (3 kore).
2) Za krem - skuvati mleko. Umutiti zumanca sa secerom, dodati 250ml mleka i brasno i sve izmesati. Sipati u 750ml mleka i kuvati na tihoj vatri dok se ne zgusne uz stalno mesanje. Podeliti na dva dela. Ostaviti da se ohladi.
3) Na prvu koru namazati dzem, premazati kremom, staviti drugu koru, premazati dzemom, premazati kremom, staviti trecu koru.
4) Za premazivanje - penasto umutiti belanca sa secerom. Skuvati secer sa vodom i sokom od limuna (ili sircetom), oko 5 minuta. Vrelo sipati u mesavinu belanaca i secera i mutiti dok se ne ohladi.
5) Premazati preko trece kore.

Savet: mozete pogledati kako se priprema dzem za mekano voce ili kako se priprema dzem za cvrsto voce.

Ingredients:

Sastojci: 150g brasna, 180g margarina, 150g secera + 4 kasike secera, 5 zumanaca, 1 jaje, kora (izrendana) i sok od jednog limuna, dzem od kajsija, 180g mlevenih + 150g seckanih oraha.

Priprema:
1) Penasto umutiti margarin sa 150g secera. Postepeno dodavati zumanca. Dodati jaje, koru i sok od limuna i brasno i sve dobro izmesati.
2) Pleh namazati uljem i posuti brasnom. Sipati smesu. Premazati dzemom.
3) Penasto umutiti belanca sa 4 kasike secera. Dodati mlevene orahe. Promesati. Premazati preko dzema. Posuti seckanim orasima i peci na 200 stepeni oko 30 minuta.
4) Kada se ohladi seci na stanglice.

Piskota torta (Biscuit cake)

Sastojci: 420g piskota, 6 zumanaca, 5 kasika secera u prahu, 100g cokolade (za kuvanje), 250g margarina (putera), toplo mleko, umucen slag.

Prirpema:
1) Piskote umakati u mleko i redjati po dnu i ivicama, u pleh za tortu sa skidajucim okvirom.
2) Cokoladu otopiti sa malo margarina.
3) Penasto umutiti margarin sa secerom u prahu. Postepeno dodavati zumanca. Dodati otopljenu cokoladu i sve dobro izmesati.
4) Sipati fil preko piskota, prekriti sa piskotama (prethodno potapane u mleko). Ostaviti u frizideru preko noci.
5) Premazati umucenim slagom.

Predlog: belanca mozete iskoristiti za pravljenje Carigradskih oblandi.

Ingredients: 420g biscuits, 6 egg yolks, 5 tablespoons powdered sugar, 100g chocolate (for cooking), 250g margarine (butter), warm milk, whipped cream.

Preparation:
1) Soak biscuits in milk and line up at the bottom and the edge of the cake pan with a removable frame.
2) Melt chocolate with a little margarine.
3) Whisk butter with powdered sugar until foamy. Gradually add the egg yolks. Add melted chocolate and mix everything well.
4) Pour the filling over the biscuits, covered with a layer of biscuits (previously soaked in milk). Leave in the fridge overnight.
5) Coat with whipped cream.

Suggestion: you can use egg whites to make Constantinople wafers.

Carigradske oblande (Constantinople wafers)

Sastojci: 6 belanaca, 12 kasika secera u prahu, sok od jednog limuna ili 1 kasicica sirceta, 100g oraha (iseckanih), 100g suvog grozdja, 100g suvih smokvi, 100g zele bombona, 3 kasike meda, 2 oblande.

Priprema:
1) Suvo grozdje potopiti u toplu vodu i ostaviti da nabubri. Ocediti. Suve smokve i zele bombone iseckati. 
2) Penasto umutiti belanca sa secerom u prahu i limunovim sokom (ili sircetom).
3) U serpi na niskoj temperaturi, zagrejati med, dodati umucena belanca i kuvati oko 5 minuta.
4) Dodati suvo grozdje, suve smokve i zele bombone. Promesati i filovati oblande.
5) Pokriti celofanom i staviti teske knjige.

Predlog: od zumanaca mozete napraviti Piskota tortu.

Ingredients: 6 egg whites, 12 tablespoons powdered sugar, juice of one lemon or 1 teaspoon of vinegar, 100g walnuts (chopped), 100g raisins, 100g dried figs, 100g jelly candies, 3 tablespoons honey, 2 wafer sheets.

Preparation:
1) Soak raisins in warm water and leave to swell. Drain. Chop dried figs and jelly candies.
2) Whisk egg whites with powdered sugar until foamy add lemon juice (or vinegar). Mix well until creamy.
3) In the sauce pan, at low temperature, cook honey, add the whipped egg whites and cook, about 5 minutes.
4) Add raisins, dried figs and jelly candies. Stir and fill wafers.
5) Cover with cellophane and put few heavy books.

Suggestion: from egg yolks you can  make Biscuits cake.

Kolac od sargarepe s glazurom (Carrot cake topped with glaze)

Sastojci: 600g brasna, 10g praska za pecivo, 5g sode bikarbone, 1/4 kasicice soli, 1 1/2 kasicice djumbira, 1/2 kasicice muskatni orah, 1 kasika cimeta, 650g sargarepe (sitno izrendane), 200g kokosa, 200g oraha (iseckanih), 150g suvog grozdja, 125ml ulja, 250g braon secera, 20g vanilin secera, 4 jaja (sobne temperature), krem sir glazura.

Priprema:
1) Suvo grozdje potopiti u toplu vodu i ostaviti da nabubri. Ocediti.
2) Pomesati brasno, prasak za pecivo, sodu bikarbonu, djumbir, morsko orasce i cimet.
3) U drugoj posudi, pomesati sargarepu, orahe i kokos.
4) U posebnoj posudi, penasto umutiti margarin sa secerom i vanilin secerom. Dodati jaja i sve dobro izmesati.
5) Zatim dodati mesavinu sargarepe i mesavinu brasna i sve dobro sjediniti.
6) Pleh namazati uljem i posuti brasnom. Sipati smesu i peci na 180 stepeni u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni, oko 25 minuta ili oko 45 minuta, zavisno od velicine pleha. Kolac od sargarepe izvaditi iz rerne i ostaviti da se potpuno ohladi.
7) Ohladjen kolac premazati Krem sir glazurom.

Predlog: ili mozete napraviti Kocke od sargarepe.

Ingredients: 600g flour, 10g baking powder, 5g of baking soda, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 1/2 teaspoon ginger, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, 1 tablespoon cinnamon, 650g carrot (finely grated), 220g coconut flakes, 200g walnuts (chopped), 150g raisins, 125ml oil, 250g brown sugar, 20g vanilla sugar, 4 eggs (room temperature), cream cheese glaze.

Preparation:
1) Soak raisins in warm water and leave to swell. Drain.
2) Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg.
3) In another bowl, mix carrots, walnuts, raisins and coconut.
4) In a separate bowl, whisk the butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Add eggs and mix everything well.
5) Then add the carrot mixture and flour mixture and mix until well combined.
6) Grease the baking pan with oil and sprinkle with flour. Pour the batter and bake at 180 degrees in a pre-heated oven, about 25 minutes or 45 minutes, depending on the size of the pan. Remove carrot cake from oven and allow to cool completely.
7) Chilled cake coat with Cream cheese glaze.

Suggestion: or you can make Carrot cubes.

Glazura od krem sira (Cream cheese glaze)

Sastojci: 500g krem sira (sobne temperature), 350g secera u prahu (prosejanog), 125g margarina (sobne temperature), sok i kora od pola limuna.

Priprema:

1) Pomesati krem sir sa margarinom dok ne postane kremasto.
2) Postepeno dodavati secer u prahu i mutiti.
3) Dodati sok i koru od limuna i mutiti dok ne ocvrsne.
4) Ostaviti u frizider na 1 sat.

Ingredients: 500g cream cheese (room temperature), 350g powdered sugar (sifted), 125g butter (room temperature), the juice and rind of half a lemon.

Preparation:
1) Combine cream cheese and margarine until creamy.
2) Gradually add powdered sugar and mix.
3) Add the juice and rind of lemon and beat until hardens.
4) Leave in refrigerator for 1 hour.

Pita sa bademom (Pie with almonds)

Pripremite testo kao za Kore za pitu, pa nadevajte ovim nadevom.

Sastojci: 6 jaja, 250g secera, 20g vanilin secera, 250g samlevenog badema, 250g suvog grozdja.

Priprema:
1) Odvojiti belanca od zumanaca. Potopiti suvo grozdje u toplu vodu i ostaviti da nabubri. Ocediti. Penasto umutiti belanca.
2) Penasto umutiti zumanca sa secerom i vanilin secerom. Dodati bademe. suvo grozdje i belanca. Dobro izmesati.
3) Nastaviti sa korakom 3) iz recepta Kore za pitu.

Prepare the dough as for Pie crust and stuff with this filling.

Ingredients: 6 eggs, 250g sugar, 20g vanilla sugar, 250g grinded almonds,  250g raisins.

Preparation:
1) Separate the egg whites from the egg yolka. Soak the raisins in warm water and leave to swell. Drain well. Whisk egg whites until fluffy and creamy.
2) Whisk egg yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy. Add almonds. raisins and egg whites. Mix well.
3) Continue with step 3) from the Pie crust recipe.

Savijaca sa sirom (Strudel with cheese)

Testo pripremiti kao za svaku Savijacu i nadevajte ovim nadevom.

Sastojci: 750g kravljeg sira, 3 jaja, 3 kasike kajmaka ili kisele pavlake, secera po ukusu, 20g vanilin secera, 100g suvog grozdja.

Priprema:
1) Odvojiti belanca od zumanaca. Potopiti suvo grozdje u toplu vodu i ostaviti da nabubri. Ocediti. Penasto umutiti belanca.
2) Pomesati sir i zumanca. Dodati kajmak (kiselu pavlaku), secera po ukusu, vanilin secer, suvo grozdje i belanca. Dobro promesati.
3) Savijace premazati margarinom i peci u zagrejanoj rerni na 200 stepeni oko 35-45 minuta.

Prepare the dough as for each Homemade phyllo dough and stuff with this filling.

Ingredients: 750g cottage cheese, 3 eggs, 3 tablespoons quick cheese spread or sour cream, sugar to taste, 20g vanilla sugar, 100g raisins.

Preparation:
1) Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks. Soak the raisins in warm water and leave to swell. Drain. Whisk egg whites until fluffy and creamy.
2) Combine cheese and egg yolks. Add quick cheese spread (sour cream), sugar to taste, vanilla sugar, raisins and egg whites. Mix well.
3) Brush strudels with margarine and bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees about 35-45 minutes.

Kore za pitu (Pie crust)

1) Testo za pitu se priprema isto kao i za Domace kore, s tim sto se svaka jufka poprska mascu, a listovi se presavijaju u velicini tepsije i po duzini i po sirini.
2) Kada ispresavijani list stavite u tepsiju, pospite po njemu nadev, stavite na njega drugi list, pa opet nadev, pa opet ponovite dok ne utrosite sav materijal.
3) Zadnji list premazati rastopljenim margarinom i peci u zagrejanoj rerni na 200 stepeni oko 35-45 minuta.

1) You can prepare pie crusts the same way as for Homemade phyllo dough, with difference that, brush each part of dough with lard, sheets are folded in the size of pan by length and by width.
2) When you fold sheet, put in a baking pan, spread with stuffing, put it on another sheet, spread stuffing again. Repeat until all the material is not used.

Hleb s maslinama (Bread with olives)

Sastojci: 750g ostrog brasna, 300g crnih maslina, 2 glavice crnog luka, 2 kasike maslinovog ulja, 20g suvog kvasca, 2 kasike persunovog lista (sitno seckanog), so, 450ml mlake vode.

Priprema:
1) Crni luk ocistiti i sitno iseckati. Masline iseckati na kocke.
2) Proprziti crni luk na ulju.
3) Pomesati masline, crni luk, brasno, so, kvasac i persun. Dodavati vodu postepeno, stalno mesajuci i zamesite testo. Ostaviti na toplom da naraste, dok ne udvostruci masu.
4) Testo premesiti, podeliti na dva dela, formirati hleb. Staviti u pleh namazan uljem. Ostaviti da odmori 15 minutes. Zaseci na povrsini 3-4 puta nozem i staviti da se pece u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 220 stepeni, oko 40-50 minuta na 200 stepeni.

Ingredients: 750g sharp flour, 300g black olives, 2 onions, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 20g of dry yeast, 2 tablespoons parsley leaf (finely chopped), salt, 450ml of lukewarm water.

Preparation:
1) Peel onions and finely chop. Cut olives into cubes.
2) Fry onion in oil.
3) Combine olives, onion, flour, salt, yeast and parsley. Add water gradually, stirring constantly and knead dough. Leave in a warm place to rise, until it doubles in weight.
4) Knead the dough, divide into two parts, form two breads. Put in baking pan greased with oil. Allow to rest 15 minutes. Cut on top 3-4 times with a knife and put it to bake in pre-heated oven at 220 degrees, about 40-50 minutes at 200 degrees.

Corba od rena (Horseradish chowder)

Sastojci: 2 krompira, 1 glavica crnog luka, 150g slanine, 500ml supe, 150ml mleka, 2 kasike margarina, 150ml kisele pavlake, 4 kasike rena (rendanog), 2 kasike persuna (sitno iseckanog), so.

Priprema:
1) Krompir i crni luk oljustiti i iseckati na kockice. Slaninu iseckati na kockice.
2) U tiganju proprziti slaninu, dodati crni luk i prziti jos malo stalno mesajuci. Dodati margarin i krompir i przite jos malo. Posoliti po ukusu.
3) Dodati supu i mleko i pustiti da prokljuca. Smanjiti temperaturu, dodati kiselu pavlaku i kuvati oko 20 minuta, dok krompir ne omeksa.
4) Staviti u blender i ispasirati. Vratiti u serpu, dodati ren. Promesati. Posuti persunom.

Ingredients:
2 potatoes, 1 onion, 150g bacon, 500ml soup, 150ml milk, 2 tablespoons margarine, 150ml sour cream, 4 tablespoons horseradish (minced), 2 tablespoons parsley (finely chopped), salt.

Preparation:
1) Peel potatoes and onion and cut into cubes. Chop the bacon into small cubes.
2) In a pan fry bacon, add onions and fry a little more, stirring constantly. Add margarine and potatoes and fry for another minute.
3) Add broth and milk and let it boil. Reduce to medium heat, add the sour cream and cook for about 20 minutes, until potatoes are tender.

Punc od ananasa i kivija (Pineapple and kiwi punch)

Sastojci: 500g ananasa (iz konzerve), 250ml belog ruma, 350ml suvog belog vina, 1 stapic vanile, 2 kivija, 350ml suvog sampanjca (hladnog).

Priprema:
1) Ananas i kivi iseckati na kockice.
2) U vecu staklenu ciniju, stavite ananas i prelijte rumom i sa 250ml vina (ostatak vina stavite u frizider). Dodati stapic vanile. Pokriti i ostaviti da stoji 2 sata.
3) Izvaditi stapic vanile, dodati kivi, dodati 100ml vina i sampanjac i promesati.


Ingredients:
500g of pineapple (canned), 250ml of white rum, 350ml dry white wine, 1 stick of vanilla. 2 kiwis, 350ml dry champagne (cold).


Preparation:
1) Cut kiwis and pineapple into cubes.
2) In a larger glass bowl, place the pineapple and pour with rum and 250ml of wine (rest of wine put in the refrigerator). Add vanilla stick. Cover and leave to stand for 2 hours.
3) Remove the vanilla stick, add kiwi, 100ml of wine and champagne and stir.

Pita od bundeve (Pumpkin Pie)




Sastojci: 1 kg kora za pitu, 1 kg bundeve, 400g secera, 350g mlevenih oraha, 20g vanilin secera, 150g prezli, 2 kasicice cimeta (opciono), 50ml ulja + jos za premazivanje kora.

Priprema:
1) Bundevu oljustiti i izrendati.
2) U serpu staviti malo ulja dodati bundevu i 250g secera i kratko proprziti, uz stalno mesanje. Na kraju dodati cimet.
3) Pomesati 150g secera, vanilin secer i prezle.
4) Odvojiti tri kore. Prvu koru premazati uljem, posuti mesavinom secera i prezli, staviti drugu koru, premazati uljem, posuti mlevenim orasima, staviti trecu koru, rasporediti bundevu. Uviti u rolnu. Postupak ponovite dok ne utrosite sav materijal.
5) Pleh podmazati uljem, poredjati rolne od bundeve, premazati uljem i peci na 200 stepeni oko 30 minuta.

Ingredients: 1 kg phyllo dough, 1 kg pumpkin, 400g sugar, 350g ground walnuts, 20g vanilla sugar, 150g of bread crumbs, 2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional), 50ml oil + for brusing phyllo dough sheets.

Preparation:
1) Peel and grate the pumpkin.
2) In saucepan, put oil and add the pumpkin, 250g of sugar and fry shortly, with constant stirring. At the and add the cinnamon.
3) Combine 150g sugar, vanilla sugar and breadcrumbs.
4) Take three phyllo dough sheets. First sheets, coat with oil, sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and bread crumbs, put another sheet, brush with oil, sprinkle with minced walnuts, place third sheet, spread the pumpkin. Wrap in a roll. Repeat until all the material is spent.

Curetina s besamel sosom (Turkey with bechamel sauce)

Sastojci: 700g curetine, 350g kackavalja (izrendanog), 2 kasike senfa, besamel sos, ulje.

Priprema:
1) Curetinu iseckati na kocke i kratko proprziti na malo ulja. Podeliti na dva dela.
2) Kackavalj podeliti na dva dela.
3) U vatrostalnu posudu, poredjati prvu polovinu curetine, premazati senfom, staviti jedan deo kackavalja, zatim drugi deo curetine, premazati senfom, opet kackavalj i preliti besamel sosom.
4) Pokriti folijom i peci u rerni na 200 stepeni oko 60-70 minuta.

Ingredients: 700g turkey, 350g cheese (shredded), 2 tablespoons mustard, bechamel sauce, oil.

Preparation:
1) Cut turkey into cubes and fry briefly in a little oil. Divided into two parts.
2) Shred plane and divided into two parts.

Stanglice sa sirom (Cheese sticks)


Sastojci: 250g brasna, 250g sira (izmrvljen),10g praska za pecivo, 250g margarina, 1/2 kasicice soli, 1 jaje (za premazivanje), kim, susam.

Priprema:
1) Brasno pomesati sa praskom za pecivo i soli.
2) Dodati sir i margarin, i umesiti glatko testo. Staviti u frižider na dva sata.

Banana kolac (Banana cake)

Sastojci: 4 jaja, 170g secera, 125g margarina (sobne temperature), 400g brasna, 10g praska za pecivo, 20g vanilin secera, 3-4 banane, 100g suvog grozdja, 100ml ruma (opciono).

Priprema:
1) Suvo grozdje potopiti u rum ili u toplu vodu i ostaviti da nabubri. Ocediti.
2) Margarin penasto umutite sa secerom i vanilin secerom. Postepeno dodavati jedno po jedno jaje.
3) Banane izgnjeciti viljuskom, dodati suvo grozdje i dodati prethodnoj smesi. Promesati.
4) Brasno pomesati sa praskom za pecivo, pa dodati prethodnoj smesi. Promesati.
5) Peci u zagrejanoj rerni na 180 stepeni oko 25 minuta, ili dok cackalica stavljenja u sredinu ne izadje cista.

Ingredients: 4 eggs, 170g sugar, 125g margarine (room temperature), 400g flour, 10g baking powder, 20g vanilla sugar, 3-4 bananas, 100g raisins, 100ml rum (optional).

Preparation:
1) Soak raisins in rum or warm water and leave to swell. Drain.
2) Beat margarine with sugar and vanilla sugar, until creamy. Gradually add the eggs.
3) Squeeze bananas with fork, add the raisins and add to the previous mixture. Stir.
4) Mix the flour with the baking powder and add to the previous mixture. Stir.
5) Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.

Rolada sa povrcem i ljutom paprikom (Roll with vegetables and hot peppers)


Sastojci: 4 jaja, 2 kifle (ne sveze), 2 glavice luka, 1 zelena papricica, 1 crvena papricica, 800g mlevenog mesa, so, biber, slatka aleva paprika, ulje, 1 kg tvrdo kuvanog krompira, 500g kukuruza (iz konzerve ili smrznutog), 1 ljuta papricica, 3 cena belog luka, 4 kasike rastopljenog margarina (putera), 850ml paradajza, 1 kasicica secera, 2 kasike persunovog lisca, ljute papricice za ukrasavanje.

Priprema:
1) Potopiti pecivo u vodi da omeksa. Ocediti i izgnjeciti. Kuvati 2 jaja oko 10 minuta. Oljustiti. Luk i papriku ocistiti i sitno iseckati. Podeliti na dva dela.
2) Pola mesavine luka i paprike pomesati sa kiflama, 2 jaja i mlevenim mesom. Zaciniti biberom, slatkom alevom paprikom i solju po ukusu.
3) Mleveno meso istanjiti u pravougaonik, staviti jaja na sredinu, pritisnuti i poklopiti mlevenim mesom. Formirati veknu vlaznim rukama.
4) Pleh namazati uljem, staviti veknu da se pecite u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 170 stepeni oko 60-70 minuta.
5) Krompir oljustite, operite i isecite na kolutove. Kukuruz ocedite. Ljutu papricicu, operite, ocistite i presecite uzduzno pa iseckati na kolutove. Beli luk ocistiti i sitno iseckati.
Napomena: smrznuti kukuruz skuvati.
6) U tiganju zagrejati margarin (puter), dodati krompire. Prziti oko 15-20 minuta uz cesce okretanje. Pred kraj dodati beli luk i jos malo proprzite. Zaciniti biberom i solju po ukusu.
7) Na vrucem ulju isprziti drugi deo luka i paprike, oko 5 minuta. Zatim dodati ljutu papricicu, kukuruz i paradajz. Zaciniti secerom i persunovim liscem. Sve kuvati oko 10 minuta.
8) Ispecenu veknu mlevenog mesa stavite na tacnu za sluzenje, s jedne strane poredjajte ispecen krompir, a sa druge kukuruz sa paradajzom. Ukrasiti ljutim papricicama.

Ingredients: 4 eggs, 2 rolls (not fresh), 2 onions, 1 green chilli, 1 red chilli, 800g of minced meat, salt, pepper, sweet cayenne pepper, oil, 1 kg of hard-boiled potatoes, 500g of corn (canned or frozen), 1 hot pepper, 3 cloves of garlic, 4 tablespoons melted margarine (butter), 850ml tomato, 1 teaspoon sugar, 2 tablespoons parsley leaves, hot peppers to decorate.

Preparation:
1) Soak the rolls in water to soften. Drain and squeeze. Cook 2 eggs for about 10 minutes. Peel. Clean onions and peppers and finely chop. Divide into two parts.
2) Half of mixture of onions and peppers, mix with rolls, 2 eggs and minced meat. Season with pepper, sweet cayenne pepper and salt to taste.
3) Minced meat roll out into a rectangle, place the eggs in the middle, press and cover with minced meat. Form a loaf with wet hands.
4) Grease the pan with oil, put the loaf to bake in pre-heated oven at 170 degrees about 60-70 minutes, or until done.
5) Peel potatoes, wash and cut into rings. Drain corn. Hot peppers, wash, clean and cut lengthwise and cut into rings. Clean garlic and finely chop.

Fondan-osnovni recept (Fondant-basic recipe)


Sastojci: 2 belanca, 450g secera u prahu, 1 kasicica glicerina (sirup), boja za hranu.

Glicerin (sirup) mozete nabaviti u apoteci i koristi se specijalno za izradu fondan smese i cvetova od secera.

Priprema:
1) Umutiti belanca, dodati secer i mesiti dok ne postane kremasto. Na kraju dodati glicerin i par kapi boje.
Napomena: masa je dobra kada postane kompaktna, ima sjaj i ne lepi se za posudu.

Ingredients: 2 egg whites, 450g powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon glycerin (syrup), food coloring.

Glycerin (syrup) is available in pharmacies and is used especially for making fondant mixture and flowers made ??of sugar.

Preparation:
1) Whisk the egg whites, add sugar and knead until it becomes creamy. Finally, add glycerin and a few drops of color.

Kremasti sok (Creamy juice)


Sastojci: 2 pomorandze, 2 banane, 270ml mleka, 300ml jogurta, 50g oraha, 1 kasika meda.

Priprema:
1) Pomorandze i banane oljustiti, orahe iseckati. Zatim staviti u blender, dodati mleko, jogurt, orahe i med. Izmiksati.

Ingredients: 2 oranges, 2 bananas, 270ml milk, 300ml buttermilk, 50g walnuts, 1 teaspoon of honey.

Preparation:
1) Peel oranges and bananas, chop the walnuts. Then put in a blender, add milk, buttermilk, walnuts and honey. Mix well.

Slatko srce (Sweet heart)


Sastojci: 4 zumanca, 75g kakaoa, 200g secera u prahu, 180g margarina (putera), 150g biskvita (keks), 100g bele cokolade (strugane).

Priprema: 
1) Zumanca dobro umutiti.
2) Na pari rastopiti puter, pa dodajet umucena zumanca i secer i nastavite da mutite sve dok ne dobijete glatku masu.
3) Biskvit isitniti u avanu. Dodati kakao. Skloniti sa pare, dodati biskvit. Brzo mesati, pa istresite na dasku.
4) Zamesite i masu podelite na dva dela i formirajte dva diska. Na ravan tanjir stavite papir (cvrsci), pa disk od testa, onda opet papir, pa drugi disk i ostavite u frizideru 3 sata.
5) Modlom ili vrhom ostrog noza isecite u obliku srca.
Napomena: mozete napraviti srce od papira (cvrsci), polozite disk i isecite prema njemu.
6) Srce posuti cokoladom. Drzati u frizideru do sluzenja.

Savet: belu cokoladu mozete zameniti mesavinom kokosovog brasna i prah secera.

Ingredients: 4 egg yolks, 75g cocoa, 200g powdered sugar, 180g margarine (butter), 150g of biscuits (cookies), 100g white chocolate (grated).

Preparation:
1) Mix well egg yolks.
2) Cook by steaming to melt butter, then add an beaten egg yolks and sugar and continue to whisk all until you get smooth mass.
3) Chop biscuits in kitchen mortar. Add cocoa. Remove from steam, add the biscuit. Stir quickly, then place wooden board.
4) Knead the mass and divide into two parts and form two disks. On flat plate place the paper (firmer) and place one disk, then again paper, and other disk and chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
5) Cut heart with mold  or cut with the top of a sharp knife..
Note: You can make herat from paper (firmer), then place the disc and cut around..
6) Sprinkle heart with chocolate. Refrigerate until serving.

Tip: You can substitute white chocolate with mixture of coconut flakes and powdered sugar.

Sos od senfa i majoneza (Mustard and mayonnaise sauce)


Sastojci: 1 veza mladom luka, 200ml kisele pavlake, 50g senfa, sok od pola limuna, so, biber, 1/2 kasicice secera, 50g majoneza, kuvana jaja (presecena na pola).

Priprema:
1) Mladi luk ocistiti i sitno iseckati, dodati kiselu pavlaku, majonez i senf. Do dati limunov sok, secer, so i biber po ukusu. Zatim dodati kuvana jaja.

Savet: ovom sosu mozete dodati kisele krastavcice umesto limunovog soka.

Ingredients: 1 bunch of green onions, 200ml sour cream, 50g mustard, the juice of half a lemon, salt, pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 50g of mayonnaise, boiled eggs (cut into half).

Preparation:
1) Clean the onions and finely chop, add the sour cream, mayonnaise and mustard. Add lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper to taste. Then add the boiled eggs.

Tip: you can add pickles to this sauce instead of lemon juice.

Jaja u sosu od paradajza (Eggs in tomato sauce)


Sastojci: 1 glavica luka, 1 sargarepa, 3 kisela krastavcica (sitno iseckane), 300ml soka od paradajza, 1 kasika gustina, 2 kasike mladog luka (lisce, sitno iseckano), 1 kasicica secera, vegeta, so, 3 kasike ulja, 100ml tople vode, skuvana jaja.

Priprema:
1) Luk i sargarepu oljustiti i sitno iseckajte.
2) Luk proprziti na ulju, na srednoj temperaturi, dodati sargarepu i dinstati 10 minuta.
3) Dodati sok od paradajza, kisele krastavcice, gustin i vodu. Zacinitu solju i vegetom po ukusu. Dodati secer i jos kratko kuvati.
4) Dodati skuvana jaja i lisce mladog luka.

Ingredients: 1 onion, 1 carrot, 3 pickles (finely chopped), 300ml tomato juice, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, 2 tablespoons green onions (leaves, finely chopped), 1 teaspoon sugar, vegetable seasoning, salt, 3 tablespoons oil, 100ml warm water, boiled eggs.

Preparation:
1) Peel onion and carrot and finely chop.
2) Fry onion in oil, over medium heat, add the carrots and cook 10 minutes.
3) Add tomato juice, pickles, cornstarch and water. Season with salt and vegetable seasoning to taste. Add sugar and cook for another minute or two.
4) Add cooked eggs and green onion leaves.

Kvadratici punjeni orasima (Squares filled with walnuts)


Sastojci: testo kao za kvadratici punjeni bademom, za fil - 150g mlevenih oraha, secera (po ukusu), 1/2 kasicice cimeta, 125ml mleka.

Priprema:
1) Pripremiti testo kao za kvadratici punjeni bademom.
2) Za fil - pomesati orahe, secer, cimet i mleko, pa malo kuvati. Ostaviti da se ohladi.
3) Nastaviti sa koracima 4) i 5) iz recepta kvadratici punjeni bademom.

Ingredients: dough as the squares filled with almonds, for filling - 150g ground walnuts, sugar (to taste), 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 125ml milk.

Preparation:

Sastojci: rezanci-osnovni recept, orasi (mleveni), secer (po ukusu), 10g vanilin secera.

Priprema: 
1) Postupak je isti kao kod rezanci-osnovni recept.
2) Pomesati mlevene orahe, secer i vanilin secer. Dodati rezance i promesati.

Preparation:

Preparation:
