Piskota torta (Biscuit cake)

Sastojci: 420g piskota, 6 zumanaca, 5 kasika secera u prahu, 100g cokolade (za kuvanje), 250g margarina (putera), toplo mleko, umucen slag.

Prirpema:
1) Piskote umakati u mleko i redjati po dnu i ivicama, u pleh za tortu sa skidajucim okvirom.
2) Cokoladu otopiti sa malo margarina.
3) Penasto umutiti margarin sa secerom u prahu. Postepeno dodavati zumanca. Dodati otopljenu cokoladu i sve dobro izmesati.
4) Sipati fil preko piskota, prekriti sa piskotama (prethodno potapane u mleko). Ostaviti u frizideru preko noci.
5) Premazati umucenim slagom.

Predlog: belanca mozete iskoristiti za pravljenje Carigradskih oblandi.

Ingredients: 420g biscuits, 6 egg yolks, 5 tablespoons powdered sugar, 100g chocolate (for cooking), 250g margarine (butter), warm milk, whipped cream.

Preparation:
1) Soak biscuits in milk and line up at the bottom and the edge of the cake pan with a removable frame.
2) Melt chocolate with a little margarine.
3) Whisk butter with powdered sugar until foamy. Gradually add the egg yolks. Add melted chocolate and mix everything well.
4) Pour the filling over the biscuits, covered with a layer of biscuits (previously soaked in milk). Leave in the fridge overnight.
5) Coat with whipped cream.

Suggestion: you can use egg whites to make Constantinople wafers.
