Beli kolac (White cake)

Ingredients: 7 egg whites, 7 tablespoons of sugar, 7 tablespoons of flour, a little oil, 200g chopped walnuts, 100g raisins , 100g of jelly candies. 

Preparation: 
1. Wash raisins, pour water and leave for 20, minutes. Drain. 
2. Finely chop jelly candies. 
3. Mix well egg whites and sugar. Add flour, a little oil and combine well. 
4. Add walnuts, raisins and jelly candies. Stir well.. 
5. Pour into greased and sprinkled with flour baking pan and bake at medium heat. 

Sastojci: 7 belanaca, 7 kasika secera, 7 kasika brasna, malo ulja, 200g seckanih oraha, 100g suvog grozdja, 100g zele bombona. 

Priprema: 1. Suvo grozdje oprati, preliti vodom i ostaviti da odstoji 30 minuta. Iscediti. 2. Zele bombone sitno iseckati. 3. Dobro umutiti belanca i secer. Dodati brasno, malo ulja i dobro sjediniti. 4. Dodati orahe, suvo grozdje i zele bombone. Izmesati. 5. Sipati u podmazan i brasnom posut pleh i peci na umerenoj temperaturi.
