Kuglice od jagnjetine (Lamb meatballs)


Sastojci: 2 zemicke, 1 cen belog luka, 500g jagnjeceg mlevenog mesa, 1 jaje, so, biber, 1 kasicica majcine dusice, 2 kasike istopljenog butera, cackalice, za sos - 350ml jogurta, 2 veze mladog luka, 300ml kecapa.

Priprema:
1) Pokvasiti zemicke da omeknu i dobro iscediti, beli i crni luk sitno iseckajte, pomesati sa zemickama, mlevenim mesom i jajetom. Zaciniti sa biberom, majcinom dusicom i soli po ukusu. Oblikovati loptice rukama i ispecite ih ulju. U svaku kuglicu staviti cackalicu.
2) Za sos - jogurt zacinite sa solju i biberom i podelite na 2 dela. U jedan deo staviti kecap, a drugi sitno iseckan mladi luk.

Ingredients: 2 bread rolls, 1 clove of garlic, 500g of minced lamb meat, 1 egg, salt, pepper, 1 teaspoon thyme, 2 tablespoons melted butter, toothpick, for the sauce - 350ml buttermilk, 2 green onions, 300ml ketchup.

Preparation:
1) Soak bread rolls to soften and drain well, finely chop garlic and onion, mix with bread rolls, minced meat and egg. Season with pepper, thyme and salt to taste. Shape balls by hands and bake in oil. In every ball put toothpick.
2) For the sauce - season buttermilk with salt and pepper and divide into 2 parts. In one part put ketchup, and in other finely chopped green onions.

Cufte od spanaca i sira (Meatless balls with spinach and cheese)


Sastojci: 600g spanaca, 300g sira (fete ili nekog drugog sira), 200g rendanog parmezana, 100g brasna, 3 jaja, ulje, so.

Priprema:
1) Ocistiti, oprati i skuvati spanac u vrijucoj slanoj vodi. Kuvati oko 10 minuta. Ocediti, ohladiti, iseckati i pomesati sa 100g parmezana i fetom. Dodati brasno, so (ako je potrebno), Izmesati i malo mesiti.
2) Rukama oblikovati cufte, spustati u vrijucu vodu, kuvati 1-2 minuta, vaditi i redjati u vatrostalnu ciniju, preliti uljem i posuti sa 100g parmezana. Kratko zapeci u rerni.
3) Sluziti uz meso i kiselo mleko.

Ingredients: 600g spinach, 300g cheese (feta or other cheese),  200g shredded Parmesan cheese, 100g flour, 3 eggs, oil, salt.

Preparation:
1) Clean, wash and cook spinach in boiling salted water. Cook about 10 minutes. Drai, cool, chop and mix with 100g parmesan and feta. Add flour, salt (if needed), mix and knead slightly.
2) Shape the meatballs by hand, place into boiling water, cook for 1-2 minutes, remove, and place in ovenproof dish, pour over oil and sprinkle with 100g Parmesan cheese. Bake short in the oven.
3) Serve with meat and sour milk.

Punjeni jagnjeci but (Stuffed lamb leg)


Sastojci: Jagnjeci but, 500g spanaca, 300g svapskog sitnog sira, 2 cena belog luka, 3 jaja, 2 kasike brasna, 2 kasike kisele pavlake, ulje, so, margarin, jaci konac za sivenje i igla.

Priprema: 
1) Operite i obrisite jagnjeci but, zatim ostrim nozem pazljivo izvadite butnu kost iz sredine. Pomocu noza formirati "dzep" u sredini buta i dobro posoliti.
2) Obariti spanac u slanoj vodi, ocediti i sitno iseckati. Sir izgnjecite viljuskom, dodajte jaja, brasno, kiselu pavlaku, so i sitno seckan beli luk. Sve dobro izmesati.
3) Ovom smesom puniti jagnjeci but. Zasiti otvor iglom i koncem, posoliti, namazati margarinom i staviti da se pece.

Ingredients: lamb leg, 500g spinach, 300g cottage cheese (feta or any other), 2 cloves of garlic, 3 eggs, 2 tablespoons flour, 2 tablespoons sour cream, oil, salt, margarine, stronger thread and sewing needle.

Preparation:
1) Wash and wipe the lamb leg, then with a sharp knife carefully remove the thigh bone from the middle. With the blade form a "pocket" in the middle of the thigh and salt well.
2) Boil spinach in salted water, drain and finely chop. Mash cheese with a fork, add eggs, flour, sour cream, salt and finely chopped garlic. Stir all together.
3) With this mixture fill lamb leg. Sew the hole with a needle and thread, spread salt and margarine and put it to bake.

Hlepcici sa slaninom (Mini breads with bacon)


Sastojci: 180g suncokret semenki, 3 glavice crnog luka, 60g slanine, 2 kasike susene majcine dusice, 10g kvasca, 350g psenicnog brasna sa dodacima krupno samlevenog i celog zrna, 2 kasicice soli, 2 kasicice kima (u prahu), 5 kasika ulja, 150g razanog brasna sa krupno samlevenim zrnom razi, 1 zumance.

Priprema: 
1) Isprziti 150g suncokret semenki u tiganju (bez dodavanja ulja). Luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati. Istopiti slaninu i na toj masti isprziti luk da dobije zlatno zutu boju. Dodati jednu kasicicu majcine dusice.
2) U 300ml vode rastopite kvasac, dodati psenicno brasno, so, kim i mesati oko 10 minuta. dodati ulje, brasno od razi, mutiti drvenom varjacom sve dok testo ne pocne da se odvaja ivica posude.
3) Suncokretove semenke, slaninu i luk dodajte testu i ostavite da nadodje oko 40 minuta. Zatim testo ponovo dobro premesite. Zagrejte rernu na 200 stepeni.
4) Formirati pljosnate oblike peciva, premazati zumancem i posuti ostatkom suncokret semenki i majcine dusice. Ostaviti da nadodje oko 20 minuta, a zatim peci u rerni 30 minuta.

Ingredients: 180g sunflower seeds, 3 onions, 60g bacon, 2 tablespoons dried thyme, 10g yeast, 350g wheat flour with coarse grind whole beans, 2 teaspoons salt, 2 teaspoons cumin (powder), 5 tablespoons of oil, 150g ray flour with coarse grain, 1 egg yolk.

Preparation:
1) Fry 150g of sunflower seeds in a pan (no oil). Peels onions and finely chop. Melt the bacon and fry the onion in that fat to get a golden yellow color. Add one teaspoon of thyme.
2) Dissolve yeast in 300 ml of water, add flour, salt, cumin and stir for about 10 minutes. Add oil, rye flour, stir with a wooden spoon until the dough starts to pull away from edges of the bowl.
3) Add sunflower seeds, bacon and onion to dough and let rise about 40 minutes. Then knead again well. Heat oven to 200 degrees.
4) Develop forms of flat bread, spread with egg yolk and sprinkle with sunflower seeds and thyme. Let it rise for about 20 minutes, then bake in oven for 30 minutes.

Punjeni trouglovi (Filled triangles)


Sastojci: slatko - testo sa kvascem, brasno za posipanje, 1 jaje, malo mleka, 200g dzema po izboru, slano - 70g suve slanine, 1 glavica crnog luka, 200g mlevenog mesa.

Priprema: 
1) Testo razvucite oklagijom na debljinu 1/2 cm isecite na kvadrate 10x10cm. U sredinu svakog kvadrata stavite po kasicicu  dzema.
2) Ako pravite slano, luk sitno iseckajte i proprzite na ulju na srednjoj temperaturi, dodajte sitno iseckanu suvu slaninu i mleveno meso.
3) Umutiti belance i premazati ivice testa, pa preklopiti u trougao pritisnuti ivice da se slepe, a zatim viljuskom napraviti reckave ivice. Oba ugla po dijagonali zavrnuti na gore.
4) Zumance umutiti sa malo mleka i premazati trouglove. Rernu zagrejati na 200 stepeni i peci oko 15 minuta.

Ingredients: sweet - dough with yeast, flour for sprinkling, 1 egg, some milk, 200g of jam of your choice, salty - 70g dried bacon, 1 onion, 200g of minced meat.

Preparation:
1) Roll out dough with rolling pin to a thickness 1/2 cm cut in 10x10cm squares. In the middle of each square put a teaspoon of jam.
2) If you make salty - finely chop onion and fry in oil at medium heat, add finely chopped dried bacon and minced meat.
3) Whisk egg white and coat the edges of the dough, then fold into a triangle and press the edges to glue, and then fork to make ribbed edges. Twist up both diagonally corners.
4) Whisk egg yolk with a little milk and spread over triangles. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake about 15 minutes.

Piletina s tartar sosom i blitvom (Chicken with tartar sauce and swiss chard)


Sastojci: 7 komada pileceg belog mesa, 2 cena belog luka (iseckanog), so, 1 kasika majorana, sok od 2 limuna, maslinovo ulje, tartar sos, 3 veze blitve, so, kacamak (opciono).

Priprema:
1) Pomesati beli luk, majoran i limunov sok. Piletinu iseckati na kockice. Sve zajedno staviti u kesicu i ostaviti u frizideru nekoliko sati (moze i preko noci).
2) Meso ispeci u tiganju na maslinovom ulju i smesom zacina.
3) Blitvu oprati, iseci peteljke do listova, a listove iseci na rezance. U dublju serpu, sipati vodu i dodati so i pustiti da provri. Dodati blitvu i kuvati oko 7 minuta. Ocediti i poprskati maslinovim uljem.
4) Na tanjir poredjati piletinu, preliti tartar sosom, pored staviti kacamak (opciono), a pored blitvu.

Ingredients: 7 pieces of chicken breasts, 2 cloves of garlic (chopped), salt, 2 teaspoons marjoram, juice of 2 lemons, olive oil, tartar sauce, 3 links spinach, salt, polenta (optional).

Preparation:
1) Mix the garlic, marjoram and lemon juice. Cut chicken into cubes. Put all together in a bag and leave in the fridge for several hours (or overnight).
2) Fry the meat in a pan with olive oil and spices mixture.
3) Wash swiss chard, cut stems to leaves, and  cut leaves into thin slices. In a deeper pan, pour the water and add salt and let it boil. Add swiss chard and cook about 7 minutes. Drain. Sprinkle with olive oil.
4) Arrange the chicken on a plate, pour over tartar sauce, put polenta besides (optional), and swiss chard next to it.

Kacamak (Polenta)


Sastojci: 2 solje vode, 2 kasike margarina, 1 solja kukuruznog brasna, so, 150g kackavalja i prstohvat muskatnog orascica.

Priprema:
1) U serpu staviti vodu, margarin i so, i staviti da provri. Dodati kukuruzno brasno i kuvati na srednje laganoj vatri dok se ne zgusne.

Opciono - pred kraj dodati izrendan kackavalj i muskatni orascic.

Ingredients: 2 cups water, 2 tablespoons margarine, 1 cup corn flour, salt, 150g of cheese and a pinch of nutmeg.

Preparation:
1) In a saucepan put water, margarine and salt, and let it boil. Add corn flour and cook over medium-low heat until it thickens.

Optional - before the end add the grated cheese and nutmeg.

Tartar sos (Tartar sauce)


Sastojci: 200ml kisele pavlake, 100ml majoneza, 2-3 cena belog luka, 1 kasika persuna (sitno seckanog), 3-4 kiselih krastavcica, so, sok od 1/2 limuna (opciono).

Priprema:
1) Pomesati kiselu pavlaku, majonez i persun. Sitno iseckati beli luk i kisele krastavcice. Sve izmesati. Posoliti po ukusu.

Opciono - kisele krastavcice mozete zameniti sokom od limuna.

Ingredients: 200ml sour cream, 100ml mayonnaise, 2-3 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon parsley (finely chopped), 3-4 pickles, salt, juice of 1/2 lemon (optional).

Preparation:
1) Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and parsley. Finely chop garlic and sour pickles. Mix well. Add salt to taste.

Optional - you can substitute sour pickles with lemon juice.

Namaz od paprika (Spread peppers)


Sastojci: 500g pecenih paprika, 250g svapskog sitnog sira (feta ili neki drugi), 150g paradajza, 40g crnog luka, so, 1 kasika sitno iseckanog persuna.

Priprema:
1) Paprike iseckati, luk i paradajz iseckati  u secku. Sve izmesati.
2) Dodati sir, persun i posoliti po ukusu.

Ingredients: 500g roasted peppers, 250g cottage cheese (feta or any oher you like), 150g tomatoes, 40g onion, salt, 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley.

Preparation:
1) Chop peppers, onions and tomatoes and cut into chops. Mix well.
2) Add cheese, parsley and salt to taste.

Riblja pasteta (Fish pate)


Sastojci: 100g margarina, 100g sunke, 2 konzerve sardina, 100g kecapa.

Priprema:
1) Sitno iseckati sunku, margarin umutiti penasto, a sardine izgnjeciti viljuskom.
2) Sve pomesati i dodati kecap. Jos jednom sve izmesati.
3) Namazati na hleb.

Ingredients: 100g margarine, 100g of ham, 2 cans of sardines, 100g ketchup.

Preparation:
1) Finely chop ham, beat margarine until foamy, squeeze sardines with fork.
2) Mix all and add ketchup. Once again mix well.
3) Spread it over the bread.

Slatka kobasica (Sweet sausage)


Sastojci: 250g secera u prahu, 5 zumanaca, 100g margarina, 100g mlevenih oraha, 100g strugane cokolade, secer za valjanje.

Priprema:
1) Pomesati secer sa zumancima i kuvati dok se ne zgusne, stalno mesajuci.
2) Dodati margarin, orahe, i cokoladu. Dobro izmesati.
3) Na dasci posutoj secerom izvaljati salamu. Ostaviti da odstoji i seci na snite.

Ingredients: 250g powdered sugar, 5 egg yolks, 100g margarine, 100g ground walnuts, 100g grated chocolate, sugar for rolling.

Preparation:
1) Mix egg yolks with sugar and cook until thickens, stirring constantly.
2) Add the margarine, walnuts, and chocolate. Stir well.
3) Spread wooden board with sugar and roll out sausage. Allow to stand for some time and cut into slices.

Vocni sladoled (Fruit ice cream)


Sastojci: 5 jaja, 13 kasika secera, 500ml mleka, 1 kesica slaga (40g u prahu), 300g voca (jagode ili maline ili kupine ili breskve ili lubenica ili miks voca, itd.).

Priprema:
1) Umutiti zumanca sa secerom, dodati mleko i skuvati.
2) Posebno umutiti belanca i slag, pa dodati prethodnoj smesi. Dobro izmesati.
3) Voce ispasirati i dodati prethodnoj masi. Staviti u frizider da se ohladi.

Ingredients: 5 eggs, 13 tablespoons of sugar, 500ml milk, 1 pack of cream (40g powder), 300 g of fruit (strawberries or raspberries or blueberries or peaches or watermelon or a mix of fruits, etc.).

Preparation:
1) Whisk egg yolks with sugar, add milk and cook.
2) In separate bowls, whisk egg whites and whipped cream, then add to the previous mixture. Stir well.
3) Blend fruit and add to the previous mixture. Put in refrigerator to cool.

Limunada (Lemonade)


Sastojci: sok od 6 limuna, 180g secera, 1 L vode, 2 L kisele vode, kockice leda.

Priprema:
1) U dublju serpu sipati secer, isediti limun i preliti vodom.
2) Promesati i ostaviti 1 sat da odstoji.
3) Sipati kiselu vodu i promesati. Ohladiti i sluziti s ledom.

Ingredients: juice from 6 lemons, 180g sugar, 1 L of water, 2 L of carbonated water, ice cubes.

Preparation:
1) In deeper pan put the sugar, add lemon juice and pour water.
2) Stir and let stand for 1 hour.
3) Pour carbonated water and stir. Cool and serve with ice cubes.

Bombone sa suvim grozdjem (Candies with raisins)


Sastojci: 250g cokolade, 100g suvog grozdja, 100g mlevenih oraha.

Priprema:
1) Na tihoj vatri istopiti cokoladu, pa dodati suvo grozdje i orahe.
2) Prohladiti, oblikovati bombone.

Ingredients: 250g chocolate, 100g of raisins, 100g ground walnuts.

Preparation:
1) Melt chocolate over low heat  and add the raisins and walnuts.
2) Chill and shape candies.

Bombone (Candies)


Sastojci: prvi sloj - 250g secera, 100g mlevenih oraha, kora od jednog limun, drugi sloj - 250g secera, 50g cokolade, treci sloj - 150g secera.

Priprema:
1) Prvi sloj - isprziti 250g secera, zatim dodati orahe i koru od limuna. Promesati i istanjiti do 1-1,5 cm debljine.
2) Drugi sloj - posebno isprziti 250g secera i dodati cokoladu. Dobro izmesati, a zatim preliti preko prvoj sloja.
3) Treci sloj - isprziti 150g secera i preliti preko drugog sloja.
4) Ohladiti i seci zeljene oblike.

Ingredients: first layer - 250g sugar, 100g of ground nuts, peel of one lemon, second layer - 250g sugar, 50g of chocolate, third layer - 150g sugar.

Preparation:
1) First layer - fry 250g of sugar, then add the walnuts and lemon rind. Stir and roll out to 1-1.5 cm thickness.
2) The second layer - fry 250g of sugar and add the chocolate. Stir well, then pour over first layer.
3) The third layer - fry 150g of sugar and pour over second layer.
4) Cool and cut in desired shapes.

Karamele (Caramels)


Sastojci: 300g secera, 10 jaja, 300ml mleka.

Priprema:
1) Isprziti 200g secera i sipati u dublju serpu.
2) U drugoj serpu skuvati 100g secera sa mlekom i sacekati da se ohladi.
3) Umutiti jaja, i pomesati sa mesavinom mleka i secera, zatim sipati u serpu sa isprzenim secerom. Kuvati dok se ne zgusne.
4) Presuti u drugu serpu pritisnuti daskom ili nekim drugim predmetom. Ohladiti i seci na kocke.

Ingredients: 300g of sugar, 10 eggs, 300ml milk.

Preparation:
1) Fry 200g of sugar and pour into a deeper pan.
2) In another saucepan, cook 100g of sugar with milk and wait to cool.
3) Whisk the eggs, and mix it with milk and sugar mixture, then pour into a saucepan with the fried sugar. Cook until it thickens.
4) Pour into another pan to press with board or some other object. Cool and cut in cubes.

Domaca cokolada (Homemade chocolate)


Sastojci: 300g margarina (putera), 800ml+300ml mleka, 100g kakaoa, 30ml vode.

Priprema:
1) Umutiti margarin sa 800ml mleka i kakaoom.
2) Skuvati 300ml mleka sa vodom i sipati u prethodnu mesavinu i dobro izmesati.
3) Kalup za cokoladu namazati uljem, izliti masu i sacekati da se ohladi.

Ingredients: 300g margarine (butter), 800ml +300ml milk, 100g of cocoa, 30ml of water.

Preparation:
1) Whisk butter with 800ml of milk and cocoa.
2) Cook 300ml milk with water and pour in the previous mixture and stir well.
3) Mold for the chocolate grease with oil, pour mixture and wait for it to cool.
