Ruska salata (Russian salad)

Ingredients: 3 chicken breasts, 5 carrots, 5 small potatoes, 5 eggs, 7 pickles, 500ml mayonnaise, 200g sour cream, salt.

Preparation:
1. Meat, carrots, potatoes and eggs boil in salted water.
2. Finely chop the meat, and grate the rest. If necessary, add salt.
3. Combine with sour cream and mayonnaise.
4. Keep in the refrigerator until serving.

Sastojci: 3 pileca bela mesa, 5 sargarepa, 5 manjih krompira, 5 jaja, 7 kiselih krastavcica, 500ml majoneza, 200g kisele pavlake, so.

Priprema:
1. Meso, sargarepu, krompir i jaja obarite u slanoh vodi.
2. Meso sitno iseckajte, a ostalo narendajte. Po potrebi dosolite.
3. Sjedinite sa pavlakom i majonezom.
4. Drzite u frizideru do sluzenja.



Cvekla salata (Beetroot salad)

Ingredients: 1 jar of beetroot, 2 chicken breasts, 400g of sour cream, salt.

Preparation:
1. Boil chicken breast and finely chop it.
2. Cut beets into cubes.
3. Mix meat, beetroot and sour cream; add salt to taste. Cool in refrigerator.

Sastojci: 1 tegla cvekle, 2 pileca bela mesa, 400g kisele pavlake, so.

Priprema:
1. Obarite pilece meso i sitno ga iseckajte.
2. Iseckajte cveklu na kockice.
3. Pomesajte meso, cveklu i pavlaku, posoliti po ukusu. Ohladite.

Ledene kocke (Ice cubes)

Ingredients: 300ml water, 300g sugar, 200g chocolate, 275g ground walnuts, 10 eggs, 1 tablespoon flour; filling - 250g butter, 200g powdered sugar, 2 egg whites; frosting - 100g butter, 2 tablespoons oil, 200g chocolate.

Preparation:
1. Cook water with sugar and add chocolate and mix until dissolved. Add nuts, stir and let it cool.
2. When the mixture has cooled add well beaten egg yolks and flour; stir gently.
3. Whisk egg whites separately; gradually add mixture to the yolks.
4. Pour into greased and sprinkled with flour baking pan and bake in preheated oven at 200 C.
5. Filling - whisk butter with powdered sugar and add beaten egg whites.
6. Frosting - melt chocolate and margarine, remove from heat and add 2 tablespoons of oil. Stir.
7. Put filling over cooled crust and refrigerate until firm.
8. Put frosting over filling and return to refrigerator.

Sastojci:
300ml vode, 300g secera, 200g cokolade za kuvanje, 275g mlevenih oraha, 10 jaja, 1 kasika brasna; fil - 250g margarina, 200g secera u prahu, 2 belanceta; glazura - 100 g margarina, 2 kasike ulja, 200g cokolade za kuvanje.

Priprema:
1. Skuvati vodu sa secerom pa dodati cokoladu i mesati dok se ne otopi. Dodati orahe, promesati i staviti da se ohladi.
2. Kada se smesa ohladi dodati umucena zumanca i brasno; lagano izmesati.
3. Posebno umutiti belanca; postepeno dodavati u smesu sa zumancima.
4. Sipati u podmazan i brasnom posut pleh i peci u zagrejanoj rerni na 200 C.
5. Fil - umutiti margarin sa secerom u prahu i dodati umucena belanca.
6. Glazura - istopiti cokoladu i margarin, skinuti sa sporeta i dodati 2 kasike ulja.
7. Kada se kora ohladi premazati je filom i ostaviti u frizider da ses tegne.
8. Premazati kolac glazurom i vratiti u frizider do sluzenja.

Cufte u sosu od belog vina (Meatballs in a sauce of white wine)

Ingredients: meat balls - 500g minced meat, 1 egg, 1 onion, 3 cloves of garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, sauce - 2 tablespoons of flour, oil, 200ml white wine, 1 tablespoon mustard, parsley, salt, pepper .

Preparation:
1. Finely chop parsley, garlic and onions.
2. In a bowl put meat, add parsley, onion, garlic, egg; add salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
3. From the prepared mixture make meat balls.
4. Fry meat balls in hot oil until golden brown.
5. Sauce - in a little oil fry flour and remove it from heat, add mustard, wine, salt, pepper and parsley, then return to the stove to be cooked.
6. Pour sauce over meat balls.

Sastojci:
za cufte - 500g mlevenog mesa, 1 jaje, 1 glavica crnog luka, 3 cena belog luka, persun, so, biber; za sos - 2 kasike brasna, ulje, 200ml belog vina, 1 kasika senfa, persun, so, biber.

Priprema:
1. Sitno iseckati persun, beli i crni luk.
2. U odgovarajucu posudu staviti meso , dodati persun, crni i beli luk, jaje, dodati so i biber i dobro promesati.
3. Od pripremljene smese praviti cufte.
4. Cufte prziti na vrelom ulju dok ne porumene.
5. Sos - na malo ulja proprziti brasno pa ga skloniti sa sporeta; dodati senf, vino, so, biber i persun, pa vratiti na sporet da se ukuva.
6. Sos preliti preko cufti.

Rolat od mesa (Meat Roll)

Ingredients: 1.5 kg of ground meat, 9 eggs, 5 roasted peppers, 300g ham, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.

Preparation:
1. In bowl add ground meat, 2 eggs, add salt and pepper to taste and bread crumbs, as necessary, stir.
2. Develop prepared mixture to the thickness of half a cm.
3. Boil 7 eggs and peel.
4. Over meat crust put ham, over ham put peppers and at one end of the crust add eggs.
5. Roll up the meat into a roll with foil and bake at 180 C for 60 minutes.

Suggestion: you can make Ground meat loaf.

Sastojci: 1,5 kg mlevenog mesa, 9 jaja, 5 pecenih paprika, 300g sunke, prezle, so, biber.

Priprema:
1. U posudu staviti mleveno meso, 2 jaja, dodati so i biber i prezle po potrebi; promesati.
2. Pripremljenu smesu razviti na foliji na debljinu pola cm.
3. Obariti 7 jaja i oljustiti.
4. Na razvucenu koru staviti listove sunke, preko poslagati paprike i na jedan kraj kore staviti jaja.
5. Uviti meso u rolat pomocu folije i peci na 180 C 60 minuta.

Predlog: mozete napraviti Veknu od mlevenog mesa.
