Sastojci: 2 jaja, 250g mekog svežeg neslanog sira, 90g griza, 15g sode bikarbone, 2 kašičice sveže ceđenog limunovog soka, 270g brašna, za dekoraciju - kokosove ljuspice, za sirup - 650g, šećera, 2 L vode, 2 kriške limuna.
Priprema:
1. Iscedite sok od limuna preko sode bikarbone i ostavite da se potpuno zapeni.
2. U činiji pomešajte jaja, sir, griz i sodu bikarbonu. Mutite ih dok se dobro ne izmešaju ručnim mikserom (sir može ostati zrnast, u redu je).
3. Dodati brašno i umutiti dok se ne dobije testo guste, ali lepljive konzistencije.
4. Testo stavite u kesicu sa okruglim vrhom i istisnite u pleh sa papirom za pečenje pravite kuglice.
5. Peći u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 190 stepeni do zlatne boje.
6. Izvadite iz rerne i sačekajte da se ohlade.
7. Probodite ih čačkalicom na vise mesta.
8. Za sirup – vodu, šećer i 2 kriške limuna stavite u veliku šerpu i stavite na šporet na jakoj vatri, Mešajte dok se šećer ne otopi i ne počne da ključa, Smanjite vatru malo i kuvajte 1 min. još i izvadite limun.
9. Dodajte kolačiće u sirup i mešajte dok se malo ne pokvase.
10. Pokrijte poklopcogrim i još malo smanjite vatru. Uz povremeno mešanje kuvajte kolačiće dok potpuno ne omekšaju i sirup se skoro ne zgusne, oko 10 do 15 minuta.
11. Izvadite lo[tice na poslužavnik i ukrasite kokosovim brasnom.
12. Poslužite uz Muhalebija turski puding sa mlekom.

Preparation:
1. Squeeze the lemon juice over the baking soda and let it foam completely.
2. Combine eggs, cheese, semolina and baking soda in a mixing bowl. Beat them until thoroughly mixed with a hand mixer (cheese can remain grainy, that's ok).
3. Add flour and beat until a dough with a thick but sticky consistency is obtained.
4. Take the dough into a piping bag with a round tip and squeeze it in a tray with baking paper making balls.
5. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 190 degrees until golden.
6. Remove from the oven and wait until they cool down.
7. Poke them with a toothpick in several places.
8. For syrup - take the water, sugar and lemon slices in a large pot and take it to the stove at high heat. Stir until the sugar melts and it starts to boil, Reduce the heat a little bit and simmer for 1 min. more and remove the lemon slices.
9. Add the cookies to the syrup and stir until slightly wetted.
10. Cover the lid and reduce the heat a little more. Stirring occasionally cook the cookies until fully softened and the syrup almost thickens, about 10 to 15 minutes.
11. Remove the desserts on a tray and decorate with coconut flakes.
12. Serve with Muhallebi Turkish pudding with milk.
