Sastojci: 150g ražanog brašna, 150g pšeničnog brašna, 8g praška za pecivo, 3g sode bikarbone, 2g soli, 400ml sojinog mleka (ili bademovo ili pirincano ili kokosovo), 3 chia jaja, 30ml maslinovog ulja plus jos za prženje.
Priprema:
1. U ciniji pomesati razano brasno, psenicno brasno, praška za pecivo, sodu bikarbonu i so.
2. U drugoj ciniji pomesati chia jaja, mleko i ulje.
3. Pomesati suve i mokre sastojke da se sjedine.
4. U tiganj staviti kasiku ulja i pustiti da se ugreje na srednjoj temperaturi (4). Kutlacom sipati smesu u tiganj i prziti nekoliko minuta, dok se na sredini stvore mehurici i ivice postanu blago suve. Okrenuti i peci jos minut - dva.

Preparation:
1. Mix rye flour, wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl.
2. In another bowl, mix chia eggs, milk and oil.
3. Mix the dry and wet ingredients to combine.
4. Put a tablespoon of oil in the pan and let it heat up at a medium temperature (4). Pour the mixture into the pan with a ladle and fry for a few minutes, until bubbles form in the middle and the edges become slightly dry. Turn and bake for another minute or two.
